    Family holiday package

    Recently, my family and I booked a holiday package through this company. We paid quite a bit for a 4-night hotel stay and 2-day park passes for four people. Following our booking, I needed a receipt from the hotel for work reimbursement. Despite my multiple attempts to contact the company, I was unsuccessful in obtaining the necessary receipt. This has caused financial issues for us, as now I can't claim back the expenses. To make matters worse, this all comes at a bad time as my daughter has an upcoming surgery and I may struggle to cover the costs. The lack of help and communication from the company has left us in a tough spot, and I am really disappointed with the service we have received.

    5-day holiday package in December

    I was gutted when I couldn't make it to the 5-day holiday I booked last December for $9000. I tried to see if I could get a refund or reschedule, but no luck. It was a shame that there wasn't more flexibility as it left me feeling pretty let down. I wish there had been more understanding and choices available in cases like mine.

    Girls weekend timeout this quarter is gonna feel great and I smelllllll it already.
    We took to the advice of one of us and pulled a call to THE WALT DISNEY TRAVEL COMPANY for our quarterly weekend all girls timeout and trust me, the customer service has been so helping in planning our outing based on our budget and his advice already feels adventurous. He also had told us that a few stops to catch some Disney entertainment will be given us and all of these are packed in our budget still.
    What other kinda outing will one choose after hearing all these?
    Go plan with THE WALT DISNEY TRAVEL COMPANY and thank me later.
