Booking with Paula
I booked my holiday with Paula and she was absolutely fantastic! She helped me with everything I needed and was so lovely and patient throughout. I asked for lots of different prices and she replied really quickly. I even changed my dates last minute and she was really chill about it. Paula is a total legend!
Family holiday cancellation due to bereavement
I recently had to cancel a family trip to Disneyland Paris that we had booked with Magic Breaks because of an unexpected death in our group. The person I spoke to, Yanina Kantor, was really understanding and efficient when I explained the situation and needed to cancel. We unfortunately lost the deposit as per the terms, but the rest of the money was swiftly refunded to us. Yanina even went the extra mile by contacting EasyJet on our behalf to try and get back the extra fees we had paid them, which was a huge relief as I had been struggling to get in touch with them myself. I was really impressed by the level of service and care we received during a tough time, and I will definitely think about booking with them again in the future. Big thanks to Yanina and the team at Magic Breaks.
Disneyland Paris trip booking

The customer service at this place is amazing! Throughout the lockdown in France, they really looked after us and made sure our trip went without a hitch. They not only made sure we were okay, but also rearranged our Eurotunnel crossing for us. It really helped alleviate a lot of stress and bother. I've been using this company for all my Disneyland Paris trips ever since, and I'm really pleased with the service they provide.

Booking mistake correction

Booking a holiday with a company can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for me because I'm always a bit wary that things won't go according to plan. But I have to say, my experience with Magic Breaks was absolutely fantastic. Right from the beginning of the booking process, I felt really reassured by the excellent customer service they provided. The reviews I had seen before booking were absolutely right - the service was top-notch.
Disney Cruise booking
I was really disappointed with my experience booking through this travel agent. I was looking forward to going on a Disney Cruise, but it didn't meet my expectations at all. After I paid in full, I realised I couldn't book any activities because the payments don't go through to Disney Cruise Line straight away. By the time I tried to book, everything was already fully booked! On top of that, the price dropped by a massive £600 for a better room right after I booked. When I requested Magic Breaks to either switch me to the new deal or upgrade my room, they refused. Disney Cruise Line mentioned they could have easily sorted it out if I had booked directly with them. I definitely won't be using this travel agent again.
Mystery charge on VISA
I got a strange charge on my VISA from some company I didn't recognise and I was completely confused. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake and that I would get a refund, but it's been weeks now and I still haven't received anything. It's such a pain!

I love going on tours. I planned to go to the 7 continents of the world. I heard about MagicBreaks from a friend and became so interested. I researched about them online. I wanted to go to Disneyland. Hippy! I booked a tour of Disney Village. Their prices are not pricey. I checked their services and discovered they provided hotels for their clients. I was happy. That would make my journey easy. I called their customer care hotline which was responded to nicely, to inquire about services they provided for the journey.I made my payment and went for the tour.
