Family hotel stay
I had a great time at a lovely family hotel recently. It was in a perfect spot, away from all the noisy party places, so it was really calm and peaceful. The staff there were really nice and super helpful, they were always quick to help with anything we needed. The room we had was big and clean, and we had a nice view of the pool.
The restaurant had loads of tasty food to choose from, but the staff were a bit too eager to take our plates away sometimes. We had a small problem with our room key, but the staff sorted it out straight away. The evening entertainment was a bit loud near our room, but it didn't last long and didn't wake up our son luckily.
Our son loved the splash pool and main pool, as well as the kids club. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to families with young children.Tagoro Costa adeje
The room at Tagoro Costa Adeje was a nightmare. The furniture was falling apart, and even when I told the maintenance guy, it was only fixed temporarily before breaking again and causing me to stub my toe. The hotel denied any responsibility, saying it was a one-off. The place was in a terrible condition, with nails sticking out of the wood. As a nurse who works hard, this holiday was a letdown and a possible risk to my 2-year-old. It was a complete mess and I suggest not staying there at all.
Family group holiday
This was our 4th visit to the hotel as a group of 10, which included 3 families with kids of different ages. The rooms have always been clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we could possibly need. The staff, from reception to the entertainment team to the pool attendants, were amazing and really made our stay special. The food, drinks, and service overall were excellent. We did have a small problem, but the management quickly sorted it out, showing how kind and generous they are. The hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as a great place for families and an all-around fun destination. We would definitely recommend it to families with young children looking for a fantastic holiday experience.
Family holiday nightmare
I'm still here at the hotel and I've been wanting to leave since yesterday morning. I'm planning a few days of relaxation in the south of the island with the kids and their grandma. From the first day, I've wanted to leave, even if the stay was free here. For them, the hotel rules are more important than the safety of your loved ones. When my one and a half year old daughter was drowning in the pool and the lifeguard was nowhere to be found, I wasn't allowed to jump down the slide to rescue her because it broke the rules. They cared more about the rules than the fact that a child was in danger. I'm still shocked by how they handled it. As a mother, my first instinct was to save my child, regardless of the rules. It's unbelievable that I was scolded by the lifeguard and the hotel director for trying to help my daughter. There are other hotels where children's safety is the priority. They allowed me to bring my niece along but wouldn't let me see her on check-in day to give her food because she has celiac disease. It's not like a school camp, it's a vacation where children's needs should come first. From a family perspective, this hotel has been a disappointment. I won't be returning for another stay.

Dream Place hotels & resorts was a great experience overall, for me. I have been last month. It was relaxing, fun and quite lavish.
The services are exotic and so their customer assistance and hospitality are pretty much overwhelming.
Amenities are really great, especially the infinity pools and bars.
