I've just booked tickets to go see "Witness of the Prosecution" online, and I have to say, it was really easy. The website was simple to use, showing all the seats and prices clearly. Picking the seats I wanted was a doddle, and paying for them was a breeze. As soon as I'd finished the transaction, the tickets arrived in my email within a matter of seconds. All in all, it was a top experience booking my tickets, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone else.
Theatre tickets overpaid, unclear interface, better seats at official retailer
I love going to the theatre, so recently I bought tickets for a show from this retailer. However, the process of buying the tickets was really confusing and not clear at all. This led to me paying more than I should have for the tickets. On top of that, I accidentally purchased four adult tickets instead of the required two adult and two children tickets. I only realised after I had already bought them that this retailer was not the official place to buy tickets from. This meant that I missed out on getting better seats that would have been available if I had gone to the main seller directly. Looking back on it, I wish I had just gone to the main source first and avoided the expensive mistake of buying tickets from this retailer.
Waiting for update on Abba Voyage tickets
Hi there, just thought I'd give an update on my Abba Voyage tickets but still haven't heard anything. I'm meant to be going to the concert with my friends and starting to get a bit stressed that I won't have my tickets in time. Gave them all my info but still no news. It's a bit frustrating, come on guys, get it together!
Expensive tickets for a show we couldn't attend
We splurged on some really expensive tickets for a show, but we ended up not being able to attend due to some unfortunate circumstances. Unfortunately, the company we purchased the tickets from was not willing to offer us any assistance. It's a shame they weren't more helpful, especially considering we might have had better luck if we had bought from a different seller.
Messed up my show dates!
I got my dates mixed up for a show in January, so I quickly sent an email to try and exchange the tickets for the correct date. Waited for a response for 3 days. Finally heard back with tickets available, but then they were already taken. Emailed again to see what other options there were. Received another response with possible tickets. Been waiting ages for a reply. It's been really stressful, I tell you.
Ticket purchase for a West End show
I recently bought tickets for a West End show on this website and ran into a problem with my booking. But, their customer service team was really helpful and sorted out the issue quickly, which was great. I'm thankful for how efficiently and professionally the team dealt with my problem.
Disney on Ice tickets
I bought tickets for Disney on Ice and I have to say I was really let down by the service. I paid to have the tickets posted to me, booked for the show the next day, but they didn't arrive on time. I had seat numbers and confirmation but still missed out on the show. And to top it off, I couldn't even speak to anyone about it. It was so frustrating and upsetting to miss an event I was so excited for.
Quick and easy booking process
I found booking tickets on the website pretty easy and hassle-free. But I was a bit let down when I couldn't save the ticket on my phone and had to go for a printed copy instead. It would've been better if there was a digital saving option available.
Glory Ride performance
I absolutely loved the Glory Ride performance. The performers were amazing, the orchestra was brilliant, and the songs were really clever and moving. Knowing that the story is actually based on true events made the whole experience even more powerful. The theatre had a beautiful set, great visibility, and plenty of legroom, which just added to how much I enjoyed the show. I would definitely suggest catching Glory Ride before it finishes its run.
Impulsive ticket purchase
To be honest, the whole thing was a disaster. I bought tickets on a whim, thinking I was on the official website, but it turns out I wasn't. When I tried to cancel my order, I had to wait more than 24 hours for a response, and then got charged extra for making changes with no chance of a refund. It felt like a total scam and I was really unhappy about it. The website is super misleading and I'd advise others to be extra careful when buying stuff from there.
Cancelled performance
I'm feeling really annoyed at the moment! Me and my family were really looking forward to watching this show, but it got cancelled suddenly when we were almost there. We ended up wasting money on train tickets, lunch, and even had to pay for a dog sitter for no reason! Hopefully, there'll be some kind of refund or compensation for this disastrous weekend we've had!
Quick and easy booking process
The website was really easy to use and simple, so booking tickets was a piece of cake. I could easily find the tickets I was after and the booking process was smooth. I got my tickets really quickly too, it was great.
Pretty Woman
Ordering and paying online is no problem, but after the show was moved to an alternative theatre, getting hold of them has been diabolical. We arrived to be told that our tickets were invalid: no good when you're in the actual queue. There's no contact details but I did find out that Ingresso are the key stakeholder so I've been emailing them. I'll be more careful about this sort thing in the future and avoid them at all costs.

Lovely.I brought tickets from the box office for performance on 3rd February 2021 this was backin June 2020 after so many attempts to contact and email for a refund which I payed for I have still not heard from them I feel frustrated and very angry as the was an expensive birthday present
