Stayed for 4 months
Thanks a lot for all your help and support during the time I stayed here for 4 months. It really meant a lot to me and made me feel right at home.
Last-minute cancellation charges
I had to cancel an order recently because of unexpected problems. Even though I had plenty of time before my trip, I was surprised to see that I would have to pay a large cancellation fee of 90€. The booking clearly said that I could cancel without any charges, so this was not acceptable. When I contacted customer service, they just told me it was their policy and I should have read the terms and conditions on the website. I felt really frustrated and disappointed. I won't be booking with them again and I recommend others avoid them too.
Rental booking feedback
I recently rented a car through this service and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. They added extra charges that weren't mentioned when I booked, and even after I cancelled I got hit with more unexpected fees on my credit card. The cancellation fee was way too high and it really made me feel like this company was taking advantage of me.
Excellent customer service
I've used the customer service at this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The team, especially Adem Bouaoudia, were so responsive and efficient. I've talked to them twice now, and each time they quickly answered all my questions. Their skill in choosing good staff and making sure everything runs smoothly is really praiseworthy.
Unreliable service
I had a really bad time with this service. I left a review saying how unhappy I was, but all they sent back was a generic response saying they wanted to help me. However, nothing has been fixed so far. They talk a lot but don't do anything. I'm still waiting for my deposit and now I have to spend money on legal documents and translators. Homelike just ignore any issues that come up. It's so annoying that this website won't own up to their mistakes.
Monthly Apartment Rental
Similar to Airbnb, but for monthly Stays, and most of the times They have better Prices.
It saved me a lot of time during my Relocation to Berlin, I could stay there 2 months while I kept on searching for a longer term ApartmentContact telephone number and email were returned as not valid.
After being approved for an apartment in The Latina, Homelike refuses to show the apartment or devise me as the exact location unless I send them the deposi, $1,800.00. The telephone number and email sent to me for Adem Bouaoudia, is not existen. It is very difficult to avoid scams with their business tactics.
Serviced apartment.
Going for a sponsored training by our organization in our number, we were definitely not going to stay in hotel rooms because it was going to be too expensive for us. So we resorted to looking for a serviced apartment that could accommodate us at more affordable rate. Since I was the team leader, I was saddled with the responsibility to source for the accommodation. Thanks through my efforts, I was able to find Homelike who had good serviced apartment and we rented from them. I want to say through out our stay in the apartment, the experience was awesome. I would definitely use their services again whenever need arises or recommend to someone else. Thanks.
