I had to give you a ring because I couldn't do my check-in online. A chap named Simon from reservations picked up straight away and sorted me out in no time. He was really friendly and knew his stuff. Thanks a bunch!
Booking issue
The company's service was an absolute nightmare. We had a problem with our booking and were left stranded without anyone to help us. It took days to hear back, only to receive an email and phone number that didn't solve anything. The lack of communication made us really worried about our holiday, as we had no way to contact them in case of an emergency. On top of that, the check-in time from 4pm-7pm was extremely limited and inconvenient.
Two weeks vacation booking
I've just sorted out a two-week getaway in September at two different spots. When I was trying to book the first place online, I had some problems and had to ring customer support. I had a chat with a lovely lady called Francesca who was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. She made sure my booking went through without any hiccups. I was really impressed with how well she looked after me, she definitely deserves some recognition for her top-notch customer service.

Holidays is sometimes tiresome to plan.
THEY MADE IT LIKE PIECE OF CAKE. so we just went for it and it was great experience. their holiday home in Spain was like heaven. we fall in love with out live in, forget the spain.
great services, extra beneefits we got as couple, breakfast and champagne was complimentary.
