I had a terrible bus booking experience. I booked a bus that broke down, and to make things worse, they didn't give any updates about a replacement. I waited for two hours before being told I had to pay a fee to change to another bus because of their mistake. It was really frustrating and a waste of time and money. The way they handled the situation was just not good enough.
Overpriced ticket
I bought a ticket for a trip and I couldn't believe how expensive it was. The website was really hard to use and the whole booking experience was a total nightmare. And don't even get me started on the customer service, there basically wasn't any. I'd suggest checking out other places for your travel plans.
My travel from Houston to Washington via Megabus services
I am a travel blogger and go by the name Lawson.
Have always been on the lookout for cheap and good travel options and ever since I came across Megabus I can say of a truth that I have never experienced any issues with their services. Their rate is very affordable and reasonable with the coach kept in a good working condition.
One of their customer service personnel named Tony was really friendly and jovial the last time I had a trip with them which made the whole journey pretty fun.
