Impressive services and assitance, apart from the package
I am quite impressed with the services, customer assistance they have. I was briefed and planned along the packages to customize my holiday. It was pretty good experience to plan holidays as well. happens never actually.
They do have quite different range of holiday offers, pacakges cabin, huts, hotels, great. everthing for everyone.Can't get a replacement holiday or money back
I have had issues getting my money back. My holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19. I was advised to transfer. I work for the NHS and holiday leave dates are uncertain at present. I tried to phone on many occasions but couldn't get through. I was then informed that I had lost my chance to transfer the holiday, as I had not done in the required timescale. All the thanks you get for working in the NHS!
I booked for a holiday with my son and husband before my son leaves to join the army and I had an email to say that I should give them some new dates due to COVID19, which I did and they then upped the price by £150 and when I explained I had not been told about the price hike and now did not want to rebook and wanted to cancel and get my deposit refunded. They said that they had not cancelled my previous holiday and so I was not entitled to one. I would avoid at all costs.
