8-week stay at a luxury hotel
During our 8-week stay at a posh hotel, we were well impressed with the whole experience. The staff were fantastic, looking after us well as a young family of four. The cleaning team were sharp and kept everything nice and clean during our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an amazing gym, lovely pools, and plenty of restaurant options. However, we found that the food quality at Gordon Ramsay's and the Italian restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Some meals were delicious, but others were a let-down. Despite this small issue, we were happy with our overall stay at the hotel. As regular guests of The One and Only, we know what high standards to expect from a hotel, and this place definitely went above and beyond as a family-friendly spot.
Awesome hotel stay
Wow, this hotel is incredibly fantastic, it's absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel valued and go above and beyond to ensure you have the most wonderful experience. We were lucky enough to stay in the Imperial lounge suite, which was like a dream come true. The food was delicious, the room was stunning, and we even received some fantastic extra treats. A huge thank you to Lourdes, Ronald, Ricardo, Milan, and Teneng for making our stay extra special. They even handled my food allergies like absolute pros. I honestly wish we could stay here forever, but unfortunately, we have to leave soon. I'm already looking forward to returning to this hotel on our next holiday!
Hotel stay review
Our 7th visit to this hotel was absolutely fantastic, as always! The staff really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. From the lovely room cleaners, Shohey and Jison, who kept our room sparkling and looked after us so well, to Adonis and the brilliant family pool team who made sure our daughter had a fantastic time playing basketball. Everyone we met provided outstanding service. Big shoutout to Ashen and the dining team who took such good care of us during our meals. The security team also did a great job at keeping us safe and giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can't wait to return next year!
Stay at a beautiful hotel
The staff at this hotel really make it a wonderful place to stay. From the room attendants to the staff at the executive club lounge, everyone went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic experience. The diverse staff brought a lovely touch to our stay, adding to the beauty of the surroundings with their personalities and cultures. The food was tasty with a great selection, the beds were comfy, and the hotel itself is stunning. The aquarium and water park made our experience even more amazing. We were genuinely impressed and thankful for the kindness and attention shown by the staff while we were there.
Fantastic stay at a fancy hotel
Oh, we had such a fabulous time during our stay at that lovely hotel! It was our first time there and we stayed for a whole week. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff, and even the lifeguards at the pool and beach. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay and the hotel made it extra special for us, which was so thoughtful. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. Trip to an awesome place
I've just got back from the most amazing trip ever! It was so much fun, but at times the pool was really crowded and I struggled to find a place to relax. The food was absolutely fantastic, especially at the two restaurants we tried - Bread Street Kitchen and NOBU. And I have to say, the buffet breakfast was incredible! I'm already looking forward to going back again!
Dubai best Hotel
There is no introduction of the great hotel of this time called ATLANTIS THE PALM :) this hotel is incredible once you visited it you will loved it in this hotel the whole world is changed :) and the best place to live and for vacations its super awesome :) this would be a nice vacation place and for newly wedding couple it would be great to spend your honeymoon there you will get all the luxuries and comforts under one roof :) and from their views was simply beautiful and happiness is spread all over the people who enjoy there so last but not the least you must go there with your family,friends or wife :)
Family holiday at a luxury hotel in Dubai
I recently had the pleasure of going on a family holiday to a well-known luxury hotel in Dubai. As soon as we got there, we were blown away by how grand and elegant the hotel was. The staff were really attentive and they made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With so many restaurants and activities to choose from, there was something for everyone in the family. Overall, our time at the hotel was absolutely fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a special holiday in Dubai.
Luxurious stay at a premium hotel
I've stayed at this fancy hotel a few times now, and I must say, I've always been really impressed with the top-notch rooms and service they offer. But on my last visit, the room decorations for a special occasion were absolutely outstanding. They really went all out with beautiful roses, candles, and balloons - it was so impressive. It was such a kind gesture that made our trip extra special and memorable. A huge thank you to the staff member who organised this lovely surprise!
Family holiday celebration
Our family had a fantastic week away from the 20th to the 27th of January. We went all out celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday with loads of fun activities and treats. The hotel staff really pulled out all the stops to make her day extra special. There was so much to do indoors and outdoors that we were kept busy and entertained the whole time. We've been to this hotel a few times now, and it always manages to impress us.
Family stay at a resort
I recently stayed at a fancy resort in Dubai and honestly, it was a bit of a let-down. As a single mum with two little ones, I was really looking forward to a peaceful break but it just didn't turn out that way. The service was pretty poor and it was obvious that there were some major problems with safety and communication among the staff.
Overpriced food and poor customer service experience
The hotel is really impressive with amazing facilities and stunning views. However, the prices for food and drinks are way too high. Sadly, my daughter got sick after eating at one of the restaurants there. I've complained several times but haven't heard back from the customer service team. It's disappointing to see them not taking care of their guests' health.
Stay at an expensive hotel
The hotel is really pricey and the service is terrible. They even double booked tables. The hotel guests don't get any perks at the Water Park either. It's definitely not worth the high cost.
Stay at luxury resort
I recently stayed at a fancy resort in Dubai for the second time and it was absolutely amazing. The place was gorgeous, the service was outstanding, and the staff were so attentive. We had a really special time celebrating my son's birthday there. The restaurants, like NOBU, Hakkasan, and Ayamma, were fantastic and definitely worth a visit. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we will definitely be going back again.
Stay at a luxury resort
The resort had loads of fab stuff like nice restaurants and a waterpark, as well as two pools to chill in. But, I was let down when I found out that one of the pools shut earlier than I thought. And to top it off, I had some bother at check-in when reception gave me the wrong info, which was pretty annoying. Plus, I thought the prices were a bit steep for what they were offering. One room didn't even have a mini-bar, and the other one only had a half-empty one.
Imperial Club experience
I had an amazing time at the Imperial Club. Don and Brenda made sure I had a wonderful stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always took care of my needs. Even my fussy kids were looked after when it came to meals. The free bar from 5-7pm was a great bonus, and Don and Brenda always made sure we had a drink in hand. It was a truly unforgettable experience that I will always remember.
Anniversary celebration
My family and I went to a posh hotel for our anniversary, but guess what? They didn't even bother to wish us a "Happy Anniversary"! They sat us at a dull corner table in the restaurant, and let me tell you, we waited ages for breakfast - it was ridiculous! This place costs a bomb, but to be honest, it's just not worth it. The only saving grace was the water park - the kids had an absolute blast there.
