Flight booking experience
Skyscanner is my usual choice when it comes to booking flights. I've had loads of good experiences with them and they always give me the best prices that I can't seem to find anywhere else. But what really amazed me was the excellent customer service I received when I had a problem. Raquel from their team went out of her way to help me sort out an issue with a travel agent I had used to book my flight tickets. Skyscanner took full responsibility, fixed the problem, and made sure I got my refund within 24 hours. It felt really personal, and their commitment to helping customers really builds trust.

Affordable services
In hotel section I was once choose residential and surprised to that accommodation as I was not never experienced before.
Well, mostly I have used hotels when I use to travel outside,so diffently thanks Skyscanner for this option given to customer's.
Car rental was quite similar then my previous tours but I would like to suggest ,you must try residential stay option through Skyscanner,you may love this.

I recently booked a flight through a comparison website and I was really let down by the service from the airline I ended up flying with. As soon as I made the booking, I started getting missed calls and messages telling me to urgently get in touch with them. When I finally did, they told me I had to change my outgoing flight to a later time and fork out an extra £570 or else I'd lose my booking completely. On top of that, they said it was some kind of special deal but I also had to pay for baggage and food with all these extra charges. It felt like they tricked me and I was left feeling really annoyed and cheated. It's just not on for a company to do business in such a sneaky and dishonest way.

I had a bit of a hassle with a booking agent I found on here, but luckily, I managed to contact Skyscanner to sort it out. There was this bloke named Juan who was really helpful. He was amazing! Overcharged for flights, unable to change dates
The system didn't register the dates I picked, so I wasted 375 euros on flights that I couldn't alter. I had to pay to change the flights that I couldn't really change, but luckily I got a refund in the end. How come you charge for changes that can't even be made? So, I've decided to use a different company for my flights now – they're not only cheaper, but also much more helpful.
