I recently booked a fantastic place to stay with this provider and I was really impressed. The property was exactly how they said it would be and it was even better than I expected. They were always quick to get in touch about payment, directions, and how to get the keys to the property. I found their communication and organisation really impressive. Some providers give you a welcome pack, but unfortunately, this one didn't. However, that's a minor issue and I would absolutely book with them again in the future.
Repeat customer, seamless booking experience
I'm a frequent customer and have booked with them four times in Swanage. Every time I've booked, it's been really easy and straightforward. We recently went on a trip and afterwards decided to change where we were staying for our holiday in September. Luckily, both places were owned by the same person so the staff were able to sort it out quickly. They let me know about the change straight away and I got an email to confirm everything.
Easy booking process
I love going to this company whenever I want to book a cottage for my holidays. Booking with them is so easy and simple, which makes the whole experience stress-free every time. They have a great selection of cottages to pick from, so there's something for everyone. I really like how easy it is to use their website and book with them.
Online booking experience
Even though it's convenient to book things online, I was pretty let down by the customer service I received. When I had a problem with my booking, I had to go through a bunch of irrelevant options before I could find the right help. It was so frustrating that I eventually gave in and called Customer Services, only to be stuck waiting on hold for what felt like forever. When I finally got to speak to someone, they did answer my question quickly, but it shouldn't have taken me nearly 20 minutes just to get a simple response.
Buying holiday cottage, easy peasy!
I booked this holiday cottage online and it was really easy - no hassle at all. I got all the information I needed, the booking process was simple, and all the payments went through without a hitch. When I arrived at the cottage, it was spotlessly clean and everything was in working order. It looked just like the pictures. I didn't encounter any problems at all!
User-friendly website
This website is really easy to use and has loads of great options to help you decide. I've been using this site to book my holidays for years and it's never let me down. I'm so excited for our family holiday coming up!
Holiday
I booked a holiday cottage through Sykes. Unfortunately, my mother fell and injured herself so we could not go. Luckily, or so I thought, I had taken out the insurance Sykes offers when you pay your fees. It has taken two months and lots of form filling to be told today, I will have to wait five to six weeks to receive any information from the insurance company (ETI Services) and that my claim was "not important". DO NOT TAKE OUT THE INSURANCE FROM SYKES, it is not worth the bother.

Hi yes nice cottage needs hand rails up stairs not comfortable seating in living area bathroom shower needs hand rails.not suitable for people who have disability arms or legs. Wish to eat out need car.long distance travel to local shops 5miles .whiteway road 9miles to town .very creaky if moves about .stars out of 3.75.

Have had years of very good bookings with sykes but this year I have been falsely accused of what looks like a cigarette burn to a sofa some weeks after my stay. Very upsetting that sykes pursue their non smoking customers with with claims from their suppliers and refuse to investigate the matter on behalf of their customer. Worrying too what liability you could be accused of after your holiday!

Do not use Sykes. They appear to value money in the bank above any
kind of customer satisfaction. You pay them money & they keep it.

great service,beautiful locations, customer service really helps, bookings are easy, lot of customization and additions are there. and cottages are high-end lavish places.
