Spotted TravelSupermarket on a mate's blog. Prices felt higher than others and the site was fiddly. I told a friend — decent choice, if awkward.
Hidden fees
Not ideal, I’d warn others — my mate tipped me; I saw the quote on the booking site, they’d left out basic liability and airport fees, annoying
Bought on a whim
Spotted it on my mate's phone and bought it on a whim; photos were dodgy but the thing actually feels solid in hand, works better than I expected.

Eventually I rang the airline myself and yes, they had reserved the seats, but nobody bothered to tell me. Annoying and unreliable, my advice is check with the airline first.
Little hiccup with the booking
I was halfway to packing when I realised the dates looked odd — so I dug into the booking. The hotel were brill and said they could move our stay, but insisted the booking site had to make the change. That sounded simple, right? Not really. Handy but watch the trees
I first noticed this parking when I stayed at Acorn Lodge before a flight from Gatwick — seemed dead convenient so I even told a mate about it. Drop-off and pick-up were really straightforward (they shuffle cars about for you) and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. That said, do be aware it's a tree-lined lot; my car came back looking a bit of a mess after ten days thanks to pigeons. Wipers just smeared things round, so I ended up getting it pressure-washed next day. Annoying, but not the company's fault entirely — just something to ask about when you book. Overall I’d use them again for the convenience, just try to park away from the trees if you can.
