I booked a hotel and car park deal at Heathrow recently using this service. The listing said it was a mystery hotel "just a short distance from the terminal." I was looking forward to saving money and being near the terminals. But, once I paid and got the hotel confirmation, I found out that the Delta by Marriott hotel was actually almost 7 miles away from the terminals. They didn't give a phone number, so I had to email them to check, but they never replied. I recommend using a different website for booking travel, as this one isn't trustworthy.
Travel insurance comparison
