I'll be honest, I wasn't sure about giving this online banking service a go at first. But once I started using it, I was really impressed by how simple and handy it was. My doubts soon turned into appreciation when I realised just how efficient and dependable the service is. Now I'm feeling pretty happy and content with what they offer, and I've even passed on the recommendation to one of my pals. Cheers for all your hard work.
Account application process
Opening an account was a nightmare, to be honest. We spent ages trying to upload documents and understand vague messages, but it was just too much. The whole process was far from simple and it really put us off.
