    Set of four spark plugs

    Paid almost £5 for next day delivery. When the parts never arrived I rang and was told that as I has ordered them after 4 pm the delivery would not be the next working day but the next after that which in this case was four days later as they don't deliver at weekends. I cancelled the order and was told the money would be refunded to the card. Three weeks later still no refund. My emails are ignored and its impossible to talk to anybody on the phone, currently have been hanging on for 41 min. Useless service. I think they are stealing my money.

    Don't order any online parts from these jokers, after sales for missing parts is an hour on hold and then a commitment to have a look, and I may hear something in 48hrs. Not worth wasting your life. Call handlers can't actually do anything at all to resolve any issues.

    Lion car battery for seat Arosa

    I do not normally do this but I really want to commend the staff at the Rotherham branch. My battery just failed a week short of the 3year guarantee. I phoned the store and the man on reception was very helpful, positive and set the right tone. I went to the store and queued and just asked a member of staff whether I needed to take the battery off before going into the store. He took my receipt and I took off the old battery. By the time I got to the desk the guy there presented me with the new battery already picked from the warehouse saving me and customers behind me lots of time. What great service, professional staff . Thank you.

    I originally placed an order on the 18th May with next day delivery, they only delivered half my order which I realised I had ordered the wrong product.

    I emailed the next day custservice (at)eurocarparts.com to inform of the mistake and for return instructions. I also asked that the full order be refunded and not to send the rest of the order.

    I then sent a second email to custservice (at)eurocarparts.com which is listed on their website to ask for a resolution. To date, I have received zero communication from Euro Cart Parts regarding my order.

    Extremely horrible lack of any customer service and only sent half the order in the first place. Just avoid

    When you order something or contact them about ordering they are great but then it all goes wrong. I ordered a tool box over 5 weeks ago and it cam so badly damaged that I couldn't use it. I tried to contact them and was on hold for more than 5 hours without getting to talk to some one. I kept trying and eventually spoke to some one and they arranged to have the box picked up and promised a refund. No refund, I have tried to contact them more than 15 times and been kept on hold over 5 hours some times. I am still waiting for the refund that I keep getting promised. This is the worst after sails service ever. I will never use them again.

    Terrible service ,spent around 4-5 hours trying to speak/chat as to the whereabouts of my order ,after 4 weeks was sent a cable tidy ? When I once again after 2 hrs got to speak to someone was told they would need to collect this first and then they would dispatch the pool, after all said and done they didn't even have the item in stock and in fact had stopped selling it .
    Atrocious service ,no communication ,have asked for a refund which I am still awaiting ,worst experience of any company I've dealt with.

    Appalling customer service!
    I ordered a number of car cleaning items way back in March 2020. Most of the items arrived within a month in 3 separate deliveries. However, I have not received 2 items and despite emailing several times and trying to phone(2 hour queue!) I have had no communication back.
    I wish I had done research before and seen all the dreadful reviews.
    Avoid at all cost, I certainly won't be recommending them to my NHS colleagues!
    They need to be named and shamed on national television, there is no excuse for appalling customer treatment and the taking of the public's hard earned money, especially at this challenging time.

    If you live in Europe don't bother ordering from this company. They tell you delivery times, by DHL, and then nothing happens until DHL gives a much longer delivery date.
    The first battery was damaged on arrival in France. Nobody informed me. The website site gave estimated days to deliver, rubbish.
    Several expensive phone calls later I was told four days to deliver the replacement. What a surprise that DHL sent an email giving eight days for delivery.
    Latest message from this company says "I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to you, it seems due to this item being a battery it does have to be delivered by the road surface to France and not by air which seems to have caused a delay on being processed."
    So why was I told during the phone call that it would be with me in four days?
    Don't waste your time, order from another firm.
