    Shelves delivery

    The delivery guy was really patient and kind, even though I was running late getting home. He managed to find my tricky house without getting annoyed and then carried those heavy shelves up three flights of stairs like a pro. He even offered to bring them inside for me, knowing I struggle with it. I didn't have any cash to tip him, but I promised him dinner as a thank you. The delivery cost was a bit high at £39, but it was worth it for the convenience. Big shout out to the young man for being so helpful and friendly. Now I can relax in my comfy clothes and watch TV without any worries. Thanks for the timely delivery and the excellent service.

    A service that makes movement of goods easier

    I just got a new office I needed help with moving some furniture and office items to my new office. I couldn't use my car because it would damage it. I found out I could get an online company that would help with the stress of moving my belongings to my new office. I got to know about shift. I requested their services. I got a reply with little charges. It was quite fast. They helped with moving my goods within minutes. The stress was over. I decided to patronize the service every time I needed to move some items or dispose off my waste. I recommended it to my neighbors who got a new apartment and wished to move.

    IKEA order

    The service at this place is absolutely brilliant. We had a little issue with our Internet connection when picking up our order, but fortunately, the helpline was very prompt in helping us out. The lady we spoke to was incredibly helpful and understanding, walking us through everything so we could eventually collect our order from the furniture store known for their meatballs. It was a bit frustrating to have to depend on the helpline because of the Internet problem, but at least the staff were really on the ball.

    My item arrived a bit late, but I have to say, the delivery guy was really excellent. He was so friendly, efficient, and professional. Even though there was a delay, his service really stood out. I couldn't help but feel like he deserved a bonus for all his hard work and dedication. It's not every day you encounter such great customer service, and he really made a big impression on me. I might not be an expert on deliveries, but I can recognise talent when I see it!

It would have been nice to see a picture of the storage facility beforehand to avoid any unexpected situations.

    Shift is absolutely brilliant! The app is really cool and the pricing is completely fair. Admittedly, there are some drivers who can be a bit unreliable, but the majority of them are excellent and trustworthy. I've never encountered any issues with my deliveries.

    IKEA delivery

    I got some new furniture delivered not long ago and I was really pleased with how good the delivery guys were. Constantin, the delivery bloke, was right on time, very professional, and super polite. He took care with the items, made sure they arrived in perfect condition, and he even helped me carry the heavy pieces inside. His friendly attitude and careful work made the whole delivery feel easy and nice.

    Unlocking issue

    I had a really annoying time trying to get my package from the locker. I put in the right passcode but the door just wouldn't open. I had to ring up for help, but luckily the lady on the phone was really nice. She told me to try pushing the door as I put in the passcode, and that finally did the trick. It seems like the lockers have this problem a lot, which is pretty frustrating.

    Got my new wardrobe delivered to a local collection point.

    I recently ordered a wardrobe and had it delivered to a location close to my house. It was completely free and really easy to collect. The email instructions were very clear and the lockers were spacious enough to accommodate my large wardrobe. I am really pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend this service to my friends. It was absolutely fantastic!

    I was really happy that they had lockers available for bigger items, it just made everything so much easier. Being able to park on-site meant I could get to the lockers easily and load everything up without any hassle. I'll definitely think about using this delivery service again next time I need to make a similar purchase.

    The delivery driver let us know there might be a delay, but actually turned up earlier than we thought at 7.00 pm. He was really polite, helped us out, and put the parcels exactly where we asked. In general, we were really pleased with the service. Thanks a lot!

    Delayed order with lack of updates

    I was really disappointed with the way the company handled everything. They said they would get back to me in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for days without hearing anything about my order. And when I did finally hear back from them, the response was not helpful at all. They basically told me they wouldn't be able to deliver by the date they had said just 10 days earlier. It was really frustrating and unprofessional.

    I just wanted to share my thoughts as someone who used Shift's services recently. To be honest, I was really disappointed with the level of service I received. I had to move around heavy furniture just to get to my parcel, which ended up hurting me. The fact that there was no help or concern for my safety really upset me. I'm really not happy with how things went and I won't be using their service again in the future.

    Wardrobe purchase

    The delivery driver was really good and really helpful, which I was really grateful for. But I was a bit disappointed that my wardrobes arrived so late in the evening, at 10.50pm. Before that, we were told they would come after 10pm, and we had asked for a better time, but Shift couldn't manage to do that. Having furniture turn up so late was not great and didn't make for the best customer experience.

    Ikea delivery missing

    I recently ordered some furniture from Ikea through Shift for delivery, but it never turned up. I got a message from Ikea saying it had been picked up, but there's been no sign of it. The driver's not getting back to me and I can't even track where my order is. It's been a nightmare and really annoying.

    I went to pick up my parcel today, but it wasn't there even though they told me it was ready. Such a waste of time and petrol!
