I recently had a bit of a nightmare while riding my motorcycle from Norfolk to west Wales. Just near Peterborough on the A47, my front tyre got torn, forcing me to pull over at a tricky blind bend on the road. Luckily, the breakdown service arrived swiftly within 25 minutes of my call. The guy, Christian, was not just quick but also really reassuring, polite, and friendly. In a tense situation like that, his calm and professional attitude really helped. Christian went the extra mile to keep us safe by even calling the police to control the traffic and prevent any further accidents. He found a new tyre and towed my bike to a nearby repair shop. Thanks to his quick work and great service, I was soon back on the road. I can't thank Christian enough for his amazing help during this unexpected and tricky situation.

In the last few months, we've had to call for emergency roadside assistance from the company twice while towing our caravan. Both times, they provided quick and efficient service. They kept us updated on when they would arrive, even when there were small delays, which we really appreciated. The incidents happened over a bank holiday, but the engineers who came were experienced and swiftly identified the problems. They were polite, efficient, and very helpful. The first time our engine completely failed and they towed the vehicle along with the caravan back home. The second time, they towed the car to the caravan site and managed a temporary fix to get us back home after the bank holiday. We're thankful for the help we received from the company and would definitely recommend their services.

When things went south and I found myself stuck with a flat tyre in a really inconvenient place, I was so grateful for being part of a roadside assistance service. I managed to move to a safer spot, but sadly, the tyre was beyond fixing. First AA Breakdown Experience
I had a bit of bad luck recently when my car broke down because of an issue with the crankshaft pulley. It was the first time I had to call for help from my AA breakdown cover, and I have to say, it turned out to be a decent experience. The mechanic, Steven, who came to help me was really great. He knew his stuff, was friendly, and made sure to explain everything about what was going on with my car. He tried his best to fix the problem there and then but it ended up being a bit more serious. In the end, he had to tow my car back home and made sure everything was sorted. I can't fault the service from Steven and the whole experience, even though breaking down was quite stressful.

The service was good, the person helping us gave us some useful advice. But we were a bit let down when the company didn't get back to us later. The trip home was tough, especially for us being older, but we were really grateful for Gavin's help.

Adam even talked me through the alternator issue and how it was affecting my car – it was really impressive. I had a flat tyre in Huddersfield recently and it couldn't be fixed, so I had to call for help. The AA sent a really nice mechanic called Jack who knew what he was doing and got to me quickly. He put a temporary tyre on and took me to Quickfit for a new one. When we found out it would take three hours, Jack offered to take me home and then come back to finish the job. The AA's service was amazing and really helped me out when I was stressed. I would definitely tell others to use them if they need roadside help.
AA recovery service
I had such a great experience with the AA recovery team! The night before, I got really poor service from another AA partner. But then, the next morning, Jordan from AA showed up and he was absolutely fantastic. He did his best to diagnose the issue with my car on the spot, but unfortunately it needed more work. So, he ended up towing my car to the garage.

I recently had an experience with a recovery service company. Sadly, the person who came to help me was really rude and unprofessional. He used inappropriate language and blamed me for parking in a dangerous spot, which wasn't my fault. I felt really let down and disrespected by the whole thing. Because of this, I've decided not to carry on with my membership with the company.

Family cover
It was just awful, you know? We got family cover to feel secure, but when my daughter's car got hit and couldn't be driven, AA wouldn't help without the other driver's info. They just don't seem to care, they keep saying the same things over and over without any sympathy. The customer service is just terrible!

I got in touch with customer service the other day because I saw that my renewal price had gone up by quite a bit. The person I spoke to was really helpful and gave me a quote that was much cheaper than what I was paying before. I also decided to add another service, but even with that extra cost, the total price was still nearly £30.00 a month less than before. I'm really happy with how helpful they were and how much money I'll be saving.

Tom was an absolute lifesaver when I was stuck on the A5 on my way to a 50th birthday party. He not only got me to the nearest garage, but he also made sure I got home safely at midnight on a Saturday. I cannot thank him enough for his unbelievable customer service. Tom, you are a legend!
