I bought a toy car set from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed. Ordering was a breeze and I got my confirmation email straight away. The service was top-notch, didn't face any problems at all. The price of the toy car set was great value for money, especially given how good the product is. Delivery was fast and efficient, just what I expected from this company. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Mispriced item purchase
I recently ordered something from this company, and it turns out they got the price wrong on their website. At first, I was really looking forward to getting my order after they told me it had been dispatched. But then they went and cancelled it, blaming some technical issue with the pricing.
I tried to talk to them about it, explaining that once they confirm an order, they should stick to it. Instead of sorting things out, they spent ages arguing with me about contracts and their own terms and conditions. They even claimed the contract only counts when the item is dispatched. Despite showing them the dispatch confirmation, they still refused to stick to the deal we had.
Honestly, I was not happy with how they handled the situation. Normally, the law is on the consumer's side in cases like this, but Bargain Max seemed to have conveniently forgotten that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially if you care about your rights as a consumer and fair treatment.Toy purchase
I was really happy with the toys I bought from this shop recently. They had a great selection, and I managed to find some stuff that I couldn't get anywhere else because they'd stopped selling them. The website was easy to use, and ordering was simple. The toys arrived quickly and were packed really well. All in all, it was a good shopping experience and I would definitely tell others to check out this shop.
Robotic Shark
I bought a Robotic Shark from this company as a birthday present, but it didn't work. I thought it might be the batteries, so I changed them, but the shark still wouldn't work. I was really let down because I wanted to give a fun gift to my loved one. My overall experience with this purchase was disappointing, so I won't be buying from this company again.
New toy purchase for grandson
I have to say, the recent purchase I made for my grandson was really disappointing. The price seemed good at first glance, but the quality of the products just didn't measure up. The toys looked cheap and poorly made, and my grandson wasn't impressed at all. I thought I was getting a great deal, but in the end, I just wasted my money on something that didn't meet my expectations.
Incredible value for money
I've been shopping at Bargain Max for a good while now and I have to say, I'm always impressed with the prices and the quality of their products. I was amazed by the range of toys and prices on this website, it's like a dream come true for children! The delivery came really quickly, and I didn't have to spend a fortune because of their good prices. I also liked that I could pay in instalments, which helped me manage my budget better. All in all, it was a brilliant shopping trip.
Dolu playground order
I bought a Dolu playground for my grandson from this shop not long ago. Got an email saying it was on its way, but it never actually showed up. So, I got in touch with Bargain Max customer service. They said since it was standard delivery, I'd have to wait until the 4th of June for any action to be taken. I then spoke to the courier to see what was going on, and they said they hadn't even received the package - it was still with the sender. Seems like there's a mix-up between the two of them. Now I'm stuck without the item I paid for, feeling really let down and annoyed.
Heelys
Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Ordered and returned goods in December 2019 and I'm still waiting on my refund. Customer service terrible. Please stay away.

2 Fisher Price cot mobiles for twins but different. I thought the service was excellent and only let down by using a courier instead of Royal Mail
Lovely spot for getting cheap games, toys and stuff
Bargain Max, is certainly the coolest place to buy things and that is in quite a cheap. I have two kids, boys and they have a great time with a lot of buying stuff on bargain max.
They have all sort of games, homeware and lot of cool things, collectables, vehicles, teenage stuff, so much variety to engage kids even with the website :)
Must try.
