Bought this in a panic for my nephew's birthday — had a bad run with late, scratched gifts before so I was nervous. Ordering was dead easy and the price beat Amazon. Delivery was quick but the outer box arrived dented and the toy box inside was scuffed and torn, which was annoying since I was wrapping it. Customer service were helpful, polite and offered a return if needed. Overall pleased, just annoyed about the packaging.
Surprisingly sturdy
I opened the parcel in the hallway and thought oh dear — the box was battered and part of the little aeroplane was poking out. No bubble wrap, nothing. I put it together that afternoon and let my toddler try it straight away. He clambered on and off and away he went. That was the moment I relaxed. No dents, no broken bits. A bit annoyed about the packaging, but oddly impressed the toy survived. Felt relieved, really.
Little hiccup, then sorted
I needed a replacement lumbar cushion because my back was killing me after a move, so I wasn't willing to wait. Found this seller online — price looked fair and the reviews seemed legit. A pop-up offered a new-customer discount but it vanished before I could enter details. Tried refreshing a couple of times, no luck, so I went ahead and placed the order; I couldn't hang about. After I messaged them about the missing discount they actually processed a refund for the promised amount, which was really decent of them. Ordering itself was straightforward apart from that glitch. Delivery was free and pretty quick, updates came through as expected. It's not flawless — the website pop-up annoyed me — but the aftercare made up for it. All in all, I'm relieved, my back's happier and the service did what it said it would.
Two the same, sadly
I'd be wary of ordering from them again. I ordered three figures in one go because the kids couldn't choose — that was my call, no problem — but receiving two identical pieces felt lazy and a bit irritating. I started using them the same week they arrived; first impression: the figures themselves are decent, look great on the shelf, I actually liked them. The packaging is clear though, so the claim they were 'blind' doesn't wash. Complained, got a string of boilerplate replies (seemed automated), and was told I could return at my own cost and reorder — with the lovely caveat that I might just get duplicates again. If they'd genuinely been blind boxes I'd have shrugged and taken the gamble, but they weren't. On the plus side, one of the duplicates is in demand so I sold it easily for more than I paid. Still, poor handling and customer service put me off; not likely to order from them again.
Quick, reliable and fair
Got a swing ball for my granddaughter; best price I found. Arrived on time, exactly as described. Service was straightforward and helpful — I'll likely order from them again, friends asked already.
Package went wandering
Half convinced the parcel had disappeared — courier marked it delivered to some unknown spot. BargainMax and Evri weren't much help, which annoyed me, but the product feels solid and actually works, so I'm quietly pleased in the end.
Pleasant surprise
Was sceptical at first — had bad experiences elsewhere with slow delivery and flimsy toys. Took a chance. Quality's great, checkout easy, arrived very quickly, quite relieved actually.

Overall I'm pleased but it wasn't flawless. I ordered a plush chair for my granddaughter because she needed something cosy after a hospital stay, and after late deliveries before I was nervous. It arrived in under 24 hours with tracking updates; packaging was creased.
A surprise Cambridge, decent service
Sat down to try it last week and realised the 'Cambridge' on the box was the US one, not the English city I expected. Delivery was quick and customer service replied. Glad it worked out, but the description needs to be clearer.
Nearly put me off
I was a bit hesitant before buying — unclear stock and courier worries — but the site was dead easy, loads of good baby bits and checkout was quick. That said, the courier (Evri) left it at a locked back gate so I had to go round and grab it; not brilliant.
One dodgy dino
parcels arrived fast and my nephew adored one figure. Shame the Giganotosaurus turned out with two right legs and no left at all, which I noticed after I'd posted it abroad. Annoying, but overall pleased.
Not quite what I hoped for
items loose in the box, barely wrapped, so a couple turned up scuffed. I asked for a proper resend, I mean packed correctly, but they told me to return everything and hand over my bank details for a refund. Service was the real let‑down, product usable though.
Left waiting, no replies
I nearly backed out before ordering — reviews made me wary and, to be honest, the low price made me suspicious. I went ahead anyway but the parcel never turned up and Evri's tracker stayed stuck at "in depot". I chased them via the website a few times, then messaged on WhatsApp, and for ages got no proper reply (they kept saying they'd sent an acknowledgement email I never had). Not terrible product maybe, but communication is weak; be ready to chase.
Fed up after two orders
Honestly, I'd say this will be my last order with them. I gave them another chance after the first time they sent the wrong item and it took ages — four attempts to sort it. This time checkout crashed and I ended up with a duplicate parcel that I now have to return at my own expense. Customer service was pretty useless, kept passing me around. It's a shame because I've had smoother dealings elsewhere, but I'm not wasting more time on this, really.
Not great at first, but in the end it was sorted
frustrating experience at first, then they finally did right by me. I bought a playhouse for my little girl's birthday (wanted it in the garden for daily play). Ordered on the 2nd, it arrived on the 8th — and it was the wrong model, one they don't even list online. On the phone they told me it goes through seven checks, which honestly sounded daft when clearly someone had boxed the wrong thing. I chased a collection and a refund, heard nothing for ages, so I bought a replacement elsewhere to meet the party. After a fair bit of nagging I did eventually get a refund. Not impressed with the process, but at least it ended okay.

By the time we were halfway through trying to attach the door I was proper fed up. I’d bought my little girl a play kitchen for her birthday — it was meant to be the main surprise — and it arrived cheaper than I’d expected, which was great. I hadn’t planned to build it straight away, but the night before her party I decided to put a bit together so it wouldn’t be a faff on the day. Big mistake. None of the screws matched the holes, bits wouldn’t line up and even with my mum and two blokes from the estate we couldn’t get it to hold. I kept thinking, this is ridiculous, how hard can it be?
I emailed the company because there’s no easy phone number and, well, you want answers when you’ve got a child’s birthday looming. I had to wait a couple of days for a reply and for that time I honestly thought the whole day was ruined. They asked for photos of a missing part and whether the box was sealed — which felt a bit like being asked to prove I owned my own life — but fair enough, I sent pics. I was fuming, and I told them flat out I’d rather return it and get a refund so I could buy one elsewhere.
What I didn’t expect was that, after the back-and-forth, they refunded me properly and fairly quickly. I ended up buying another kitchen from a local shop at the last minute, and my daughter loved that one — she was over the moon. So yeah, the original company caused stress and took too long, but I’m grateful it didn’t end with me out of pocket. If you’re buying, be ready to check parts straight away and don’t leave it to the last minute.Toys for my son
