Flyers
Having used Helloprint for several years for all my printing, I'm incredibly sad to say that the customer service upon recieving a substandard order means I will never use them again. Ordered flyers and posters. Posters arrived perfect, flyers were washed out beyond the point of usability. When I complained I received a detailed reply explaining that there were tolerances and colour variations etc. However they felt the items were within an acceptable range. I find the decision baffling. I will not use these items as they are not of a standard I would want associated with my business so have had to order from a local supplier at a significant extra cost today. I am very disappointed to say the least, and cannot recommend this company to anyone, as when something goes wrong it seems they simply do not care.

Faulty print run which they refused to reprint or provide refund. Terrible service, feel robbed frankly - do yourself a favour and find another printer
Various products
I've used Helloprint quite a few times and I've had good and bad experiences. Most of the printing is off shore but I think some products are done in the UK. Their banners for instance, are superb! Best around. But other stuff not so good. Their customer service is poor and they use UPS, who are shocking! So keep an open mind and don't be too fussy!!
Aluminium Signs
In theory I cannot comment on delivery as they keep stalling meand have not delivered. As others have said Customer Service is dire. My signs did not arrive and I have complained by e mail twice and been on on-line chat 4 times. Every time someone will get back to me and in two weeks no-one has
Leaflet
Do not use this printer at all. I have been delivered a wrong produce and they are not accepting that it was their mistake during production. They are saying that its design issue to avoid full refund.
They are very good at taking payments fast but when there is an issue, there is no one to talk to or they process your complain after weeks.
I do not recommend you to use them.Posters/Flyers
Awful company. Poor quality materials, printing ink splashed over most the posters, printed so dark, couldn't see the image, cut off image - refund promised yet they only partially refunded. Lost a lot of money and time. AVOID

if everything goes fine with this company, people leave a 5* review. I have had reasonable experiences (not 100% positive) of them in the past.
But the true test of a company is when things go wrong, as they sometimes do. This company has poor customer service, poorly trained customer service staff who don't have any capacity for problem solving or what actually might make the customer happy. I did not want their discounts, or any money from them whatsoever, but they were completely incapable of understanding that I was interested in what had caused the problem in the first place - this was of zero interest to them and so I can only say this is a company that does not want to improve.AVOID
Please don’t ever use Hello Print for business cards, leaflets etc. Absolutely awful experience with them and the customer service is so so bad so are the reviews! Pay the extra and go elsewhere ????????????
Use Helloprint at your peril
Horrendous customer service. I placed an order for some leaflets and the print quality was disgraceful. So I raised a concern. Cue hours and hours of my time being wasted whilst a 'Senior Customer Service' agent made repeated requests for photo evidence. I supplied photos, but they weren't in the correct light. So I supplied more - they weren't quite right. So I supplied more - they demanded different ones.A complete and utter waste of my time, during which I was made to feel like I was trying to con them. (I wasn't - the order was only worth £26).In short - AVOID at all costs - there are far better print companies out there. This is an amateur operation.
