posters for my bedroom
I got some posters for my bedroom, and they arrived really fast and were packed really well. They were exactly what I wanted, and the quality was great too. I'll definitely be getting more posters from them for my next haul!
Delayed proof verification
I had some trouble with your website which meant I couldn't verify the proof, causing delays in production. I tried getting in touch via text and phone, but it took a whole week to sort out the problem. You mentioned sending an email, but I never got it. On top of that, you charged me an extra £8 for expert oversight on the artwork. This delay wasted my time and I'm not happy with the service compared to my past experiences with your company.
Gala Programme Printing
The print quality and finishing of our gala programme was excellent! The cheapest paper option turned out to be really good quality, with bright colours and sharp printing. The paper itself was a good thickness and grade, just right for our door-dropped programmes. The delivery even came a day early, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we're really happy with the quality and service we received.

100 Order Of Service booklets for my sister's wedding
I ordered some really nice booklets for my sister's wedding and they are amazing! The cost was really good and I was able to see a proof before they were printed. I've actually used this company a few times now for flyer printing, and I can honestly say it won't be the last time either. The final products have always blown me away with their quality. Even though I'm not the best with technology, I found the ordering process simple and easy to understand. So, I was in a bit of a pickle because another company fell through on printing 500 leaflets for me. Luckily, I found a place that could do it super quick and at a good price. The ordering process was really straightforward and they even had this cool feature where you can see your design in 3D using AI! The leaflets arrived in record time and they looked fantastic. I was a little concerned about paying upfront before uploading my document, but everything turned out fine in the end.
Black Mug 15oz with 1 print
Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a simple mug with one print for my husband’s birthday and never received it. At first they missed the deadline, so my present was ruined. Then they rescheduled it to 1 week later ands reassured everything would be done by then. Of course nothing happened by that date as well and they rescheduled again, every time they had different issues (by they way I even bought their service for the image check, so it doesn’t guarantee anything as well). The latest deadline was 28-29 Feb and on Monday I asked them to give me the tracking number. They confirmed that I’d get it on 27 Feb afternoon for sure. Of course I never got it. This morning I asked them again and - wow, what a surprise! - they told me I won’t get my order due to some other issues (again).
This company is just scam. They claim that they have 100% customer satisfaction - well, no, I read stories similar to mine (unfortunately, after I made my order), so this is all lies. If you want a reliable printing service for business or personal needs, avoid this one, there is a great chance they let you down and you lose your time.University project stapled booklets
I had to print some stapled booklets for a project at university and thought I'd give this website a go. After printing a test copy to check the colours, I was really impressed with how good the final product looked. The colours came out just right and the booklets looked really professional. Plus, this website was the cheapest option I found. Needless to say, I was happy with my order and have actually made more orders since then. Overall, I've had a great experience with this website.

I recently bought some business cards from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The delivery took ages, much longer than I was expecting. When the product finally arrived, I realised that the colour was completely different from what was shown online, which was a big problem because it didn't match my brand colours at all. I contacted customer service about these issues, but all they offered was a discount instead of replacing the product. What's even worse is that they ignored my emails after I responded to their offer. The lack of communication and not caring about my concerns has really annoyed me. I'm currently trying to sort this out and I definitely won't be using this company again.
