E' il mio terzo ordine che faccio di fotolibri. Ero molto preoccupata perchè a causa di problemi tecnici oggi non riuscivo a completare l'ordine entro la scadenza odierna. La chat di assistenza, in particolare Kayla, mi ha supportato nel problema e spostata la scadenza per permettermi, quando il sito tornerà a funzionare, di concludere comunque i miei fotolibri.

I had some issues with my iternet connection and the photos did not upload correctly to personalise a blanket, which I did not realise until I had placed the order. I started to panic and used their 'Live Chat' IM service to help with my issue. Matthew from PrinterPix was very helpful and managed to help me sort out my order with little hassle. Can't wait to receive my order.

Stampo i miei album fotografici con Pinterpix da anni, ormai, e sono molto soddisfatta perché ... sempre trovato cortesia, disponibilità e gestione ottima del cliente.
In qualche caso mi sono rivolta all'assistenza per differenti problemi e ... sempre trovato una soluzione.

Angelina a vraiment été très réactive dès que je lui ai exposé le problème rencontré sur mon projet qui ne peut plus être chargé. Elle a tout de suite répondu à mes questions et attentes sur le problème que je rencontre sur le site, qui ce dernier est en cours d'études par le service technique.
Angelina est très efficace et à l'écoute du client ce qui est très important pour moi. Elle a pris en compte aussi mes préoccupations.
