Photobook payment issue
So, I was trying to order this really cool 60-page photobook, yeah? It took ages to put together because I had to choose all my favourite pics and that. But when I tried to pay, the website was being a pain and wouldn't let me finish my order! Ugh, I was so annoyed. But then I gave this guy a ring, Joseph Green, and he totally sorted it out for me. He was really nice and helped me with the payment problem super quickly. Now my order is on its way, yay! Big thanks to Joseph, you're the best!
Birthday gift order
I've just ordered a personalised gift for a friend's birthday from this company. I was drawn in by the promise of a quick delivery, as I needed it in time for the celebration. Unfortunately, I was let down and annoyed when the delivery didn't come within the 2-3 business days they said it would. As a new customer, this has made me doubt the company's reliability and efficiency. The website was easy to use, but I'd advise others to consider elsewhere if they need something delivered quickly.
Fast delivery service disappointment
I recently ordered a next day delivery service for a birthday present, but unfortunately, the production and delivery got delayed. The website guaranteed on-time delivery, but I was told it wouldn't arrive until at least 5 days later. Even though they promised to refund me for the express service and postage, I still haven't received anything. The incorrect delivery times on the website have really annoyed me and caused a lot of inconvenience. I'm starting to think about taking legal action.
26th Photo Book order
I'm a regular customer and recently ordered my 26th Photo Book. I've always been impressed by the quality of their products, and this time was no different. However, I had a problem with my payment not going through. Luckily, Lisa David from customer service helped me out quickly and gave me a new payment link. It can be annoying when payments don't work, but Lisa's professionalism and communication made it all smooth. I'm looking forward to getting my latest photo book - I always order two, one for me and one for my partner. They say it'll arrive in 2-3 days, but usually, it takes about a week for me to get my orders. That's fine though, these photo books are more about memories than timing.
Recent payment issue resolved quickly
I've been using this company for ages and I've always been happy with what they offer. But, the other day I had a problem with my payment not working. So, I got in touch with customer service and they were really quick to help. They suggested I switch from Edge to Chrome and, would you believe it, that fixed everything! My order went through no problem. Now I'm just waiting eagerly for my photobook to arrive. Massive thanks to the customer service team for sorting it all out so fast!
Photo book purchase
I recently ordered three lovely photo books from this company and was really impressed with the quality and how quickly they were delivered. Unfortunately, one of the books got damaged in transit, but thankfully Joseph was really helpful and said he'd send out a replacement free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for wedding photo gifts.

Damaged item with no response
I got my order, but it was damaged, so I tried to get in touch with the company using different methods. Unfortunately, they haven't replied at all. I sent them proof of the damage and asked for a replacement or refund, like they said on their website, but it seems like they don't care about making me happy. I wanted to give the item as a Father's Day present, and now I'm left with nothing and short on money. It's really disappointing how they're treating customers, especially new ones like me. I suggest staying away from this company completely!
Funeral photo memory book
I'm really angry about the delivery times advertised by this company. I ordered a photo memory book for my mum's funeral and paid extra for fast production and next day delivery, but the product hasn't even been sent out as they said. The funeral is tomorrow and I don't have this crucial item. When I got in touch with customer services, all they could do was say sorry and offer compensation when the product finally comes. That doesn't make up for not having the book for the funeral. I won't be using this company again and I suggest others avoid them too.

Unable to complete order online, assistance from customer service
I had a bit of trouble when I tried to place my order on the website - there were some problems with the payment and my orders kept being marked as "invalid number." Feeling a bit annoyed, I thought it best to contact customer service for some help.
Turns out, Joseph Green from the support team was a gem. He was really understanding and didn't rush me at all. Joseph listened carefully to my issues, walked me through the fix step by step, and even helped me pay for my books using a voucher. I was really impressed with how fast they dealt with my problem and the great customer service Joseph provided.
Poster print of my son's artwork
I recently ordered a poster print of my son's A level artwork from this company. Unfortunately, the entire process was quite disappointing. I waited for what felt like a very long time for the print to arrive, only to find that it was completely wrong when it did. I immediately reached out through their contact portal, but received no feedback for several days. After resorting to email, it took them a few more days to respond and promise a replacement. However, more than a week later, I still haven't heard anything back and the date by which I needed the print has already passed. Overall, I would not recommend this company, especially if you need something important done.
Frustrating payment issue
The other day I had a pretty annoying time trying to pay on the platform, especially with Google Chrome. The first person I talked to said to try a different browser, but that didn't help at all, and my books were just stuck. Then Joseph Green came along and showed me how to get around the problem. I really appreciated his fast and helpful support, and I'm sure that when I eventually get my order, it will be worth it because the final product is always top-notch. I use the service a lot and will keep on doing so.
Customer service experience
I have to say a big thank you to the amazing customer service I got from a member of staff at PrinterPix. They replied quickly, were professional, and super polite. I was really impressed with how they helped me, it went beyond what I was expecting. They really made sure my questions were answered quickly and effectively. I think great customer service is so important for any business, and this staff member showed that perfectly. I just want to say how thankful I am for their outstanding service and how much I appreciate their hard work and professionalism.
Photo book purchase
I ordered a photo book from this company and was really happy with the service I got. The guy I chatted with, I think his name was Joseph Green, knew his stuff and helped me out a lot. He explained everything clearly and made sure I had all the info I needed. He even sent me an email afterwards to confirm everything we talked about, which I thought was nice.
Canvas print order
The ordering process on the website was really easy to follow. I just uploaded my picture, chose the size and style I wanted for the canvas print, and then went through checkout with no problems. However, when my order got delayed because of a delivery issue with the courier company, I struggled to get hold of anyone from the company which was super annoying. The phone numbers listed on the website didn't even work, and the emails I got back were no help at all, not actually dealing with the problem I was having. It took loads of attempts and ages before I finally got a response and they sorted out a replacement order for me. But when the replacement did eventually arrive, it was actually for a previous order I had already gotten, which just showed a real lack of attention to detail and customer care. Definitely left feeling pretty disappointed overall, with the lack of communication and slow resolution.
