Had a bad experience as I ordered wrong but the lady Kayla helped me 100 per cent lots of patience and understanding I would not have got it if it wasn’t for Kayla you are 100 per cent and lovely and kind and certainly knows her job

Great service. Fairly frequent problems with items being misprinted or damaged but the customer service team is incredible and they always give more than enough refund. The live chat function works really well. Definitely recommend. I've so far spoken to Kayla, Patricia and Max and they're all really helpful.

I use this service regularly. Occasionally I have issues with quality once the books have arrived but I have always found the customer service team to be extremely helpful, replacing the damaged items very quickly. On the latest instance Kayla was exceptionally helpful.

Kayla was really nice. I purchased an A5 photobook for our wedding which we were really happy with and wanted to order the same but this time in A4 and she changed it for us. Great quality. Will definitely order again

I will not use Printerpix agai
I have used Printerpix on many occasions and not had any problems but my last project (100 page photo book) has been completely ruined by this company and their very poor custom... Read onBy: Colin
