A wall unit
Dont order from this company, Customer support it terrible! i ordered three days ago, they wont deliver for 7 days. The price on there website three days later is 25% less. They say they wont refund me the difference. I told them i will refuse delivery. They said they will charge a restocking fee.! you can see how terrible this company is DONT ORDER FROM THEM!
Dining table (Order number 264472)
Horrible experience with these clowns. I bought a dining table for my mother, who sadly died before it could be assembled. FiF wanted £30 to collect a £90 item, which I baulked at. I wrote them a TrustPilot review reflecting my disappointment. They rang me and we agreed a £10 collection fee. They were a no-show, so I had to cart it all back to my home and rearrange the collection. DPD turned up this time but were only expecting one package rather than three, sigh. They took it, thankfully, and FiF acknowledged receipt and agreed that the items were in perfect condition. However, they only refunded me £59.95, keeping £30 rather than the agreed £10. They have since ignored my emails. Total crooks. Avoid at all costs.

it came quickly and was brighter than I expected
Ordered a LED lamp with a clip - it came quickly and was brighter than I expected, with cushioning on the clip to prevent damage to any furniture it is clipped to, really good experience
Triplo gloss white round rotating coffee table
I'm very happy with my purchase but the excellent customer service has prompted me to leave this positive review. One of the largest parts in the initial delivery was incorrect, but Anthony, Brian and Frank in the support team promptly replied to my emails and sorted out the problem. They sent the new part and the incorrect part was picked up at the same time by their delivery driver.
I think we're all quick to leave negative reviews when we're not satisfied so it's important and a real pleasure to leave this positive review.

Bought the duvet cover with pillowcases and a flat sheet and the bottom sheet. Very nice to sleep on. All in the washed charcoal. Great quality. I would have liked the charcoal to have been a little darker, but otherwise it really complements our newly decorated bedroom.

I was a bit worried about ordering given some of the reviews about poor delivery but I ordered the Etta Brown leather office chair online and it was delivered on the day it said. Put it together with no issues and it's comfortable!
