I bought this item because it was the cheapest online
I was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews
The website is a bit misleading as I thought the company was British but they are based in Denmark
But the printer arrived today took about 9 days to get here so am pleased with the service although they could do a better customer support as no phone number to contact them but am happy with product and price and should have come with uk plug not euroPs5 games
OK so at the moment it’s still early days for my two PS5 games to arrive as I only ordered them on the 24/11/21, The problem is Coolshop tell you that your items will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 obviously giving the impression that your items will be delivered in 2 days time, this is all well and good but what people don’t realize is your item isn’t even in the UK to start with, once the item arrives in the UK it’s only then that the Royal Mail 48 comes into play, it could be 4-5 days before it reaches the UK, Coolshop are not explaining this to customers, I have purchased from Coolshop in the past but my items have always turned up around about 8-10 days time, Coolshop need to be clear about this.

Very unfair- It seems to be a UK website and expect the delivery within the week. It doesn't mention anywhere that the UK website is actually from Denmark!!?!! It took far too long till my speakers arrived.

think they are rip off merchants and fraudsters. I ordered thinking they were a UK company but turns out they are Danish then didnt get my delivery at all. Messages about product being broken in transit by Hermes but impossible to contact or talk to Coolshop and thier customer contact system seems to be inoperative! No wonder they seem cheap, they just take you money and dont deliver!!

I really love buying new stuff and this place is the best place for those who is looking for something cool. they offer huge options, basically, this place is for games and toys but you can also get various of kinds of stuff too. they offer huge options at a good price, also you will get the best brand quality and delivery timing. i think I am going to order something again from here very soon.
what i really like, the variations they have. not just for games but beauty and other products as well. so yup, cool place for me. My first product that i bought from here was a headphone, which i got at very affordable price. not just that delivery was on time and the whole process was easy. i totally loved it.
