Lego 10317 kits x 2
We ordered 2 Lego kits valued at nearly 400.00 pounds.
After a week, I contacted the company to find out where they were and was told they were on the way. Today, after 14 working days, I contacted them only to be told that a mistake had been made by them and the kits had been returned. I asked them to re-send but was told they were now out of stock. What happened to our kits then? When where they going to contact me to explain? These kits were for my (twin) nephews birthdays. I have now ordered from a reputable company - John Lewis for just 10 pounds more which I should have done in the first place.Ps4 game
They didnt send the game i bought. They blamed Royal Mail for a while but I had been receiving mail from royal every day normally, this company also gave a fake Royal Mail tracking number and I dont believe they ever sent the game at all. Customer service did hot help, just said that they were a Danish company and things take longer even though the website promises 48 hour delivery. They lie basically. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE 48 HOUR DELIVERY BUT THE GAME NEVER ARRIVED. After 4 days customer service told me to keep waiting and it would arrive soon. After 9 days they told me that I need to wait up to 15 days. After 15 days they told me that I need to wait 15 WORKING days but the game never arrived and customer service never refunded my money, I had to do a claim through my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Appalling company to deal with. I bought from their .co.uk website, which very much gives you the impression it is UK based. Even quotes royal mail delivery times. But I was sent a product with a European plug - this was not stated anywhere. I had to get in touch twice to get sent a return label. 9 days after it was delivered to the UK return address I contacted them for an update on my refund (as it's stated in their terms and conditions to do that). They told me they couldn't refund me until the product has arrived in Denmark, but couldn't provide me with any time frame as to when this would be or tracking for this part of the journey. So I am left in limbo with no idea when I might get my money back. They also sent me a new set of returns terms and conditions which doesn't match the ones I can see on their web page which state to return to the UK and get in touch if you're not refunded after 9 days. They admitted that the terms were 'misleading' but still wouldn't sort my refund.

I was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews
The website is a bit misleading as I thought the company was British but they are based in Denmark
But the printer arrived today took about 9 days to get here so am pleased with the service although they could do a better customer support as no phone number to contact them but am happy with product and price and should have come with uk plug not euroPs5 games
OK so at the moment it’s still early days for my two PS5 games to arrive as I only ordered them on the 24/11/21, The problem is Coolshop tell you that your items will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 obviously giving the impression that your items will be delivered in 2 days time, this is all well and good but what people don’t realize is your item isn’t even in the UK to start with, once the item arrives in the UK it’s only then that the Royal Mail 48 comes into play, it could be 4-5 days before it reaches the UK, Coolshop are not explaining this to customers, I have purchased from Coolshop in the past but my items have always turned up around about 8-10 days time, Coolshop need to be clear about this.

Very unfair- It seems to be a UK website and expect the delivery within the week. It doesn't mention anywhere that the UK website is actually from Denmark!!?!! It took far too long till my speakers arrived.

think they are rip off merchants and fraudsters. I ordered thinking they were a UK company but turns out they are Danish then didnt get my delivery at all. Messages about product being broken in transit by Hermes but impossible to contact or talk to Coolshop and thier customer contact system seems to be inoperative! No wonder they seem cheap, they just take you money and dont deliver!!

I really love buying new stuff and this place is the best place for those who is looking for something cool. they offer huge options, basically, this place is for games and toys but you can also get various of kinds of stuff too. they offer huge options at a good price, also you will get the best brand quality and delivery timing. i think I am going to order something again from here very soon.
what i really like, the variations they have. not just for games but beauty and other products as well. so yup, cool place for me. My first product that i bought from here was a headphone, which i got at very affordable price. not just that delivery was on time and the whole process was easy. i totally loved it.
