1.5m Dwarf Lilac Tree
Ordered twice from this company but several years apart.
Zero customer service both times; Both orders were for, what they were selling as ;established shrubs.
Both orders arrived in a very poor state and it was clear that they the plants hadn’t been looked after whilst they were maturing. Not only were they poorly but they had hardly any leaves in them (both bought in season) and looked like someone had dumped twigs in a pot and added a bit of soil. The packaging was below standard - pots were in carrier bags and then put in boxes which were too big for the plant so there was movement and therefore damage in transit resulting in snapped twigs.

This company is a scam and should be reported to the authorities and closed down.
The above plants were not delivered, it was another variety. One has died and the other two although alive are not Charles Lamont. Repeated requests for correct replacement plants or refund have been ignored by these crooks. Do not touch them with a barge pole. I won't even give them one star.Plant
Do not order from this company!!!!!! Accepted my 3 & half week wait for my plant due to “Covid” but then received a plant that didn’t resemble to picture. The shots/leaves were meant to cover the hole stalk vertically but they were only at the top of the plant with no sign of shoots emerging below. The only way to contact this coming is by raising a ticket that seems to fall on deaf ears. No telephone number to speak to someone so now I am stuck waiting 10 days later with a plant & packaging with no sign of a resolve. Wish I had checked for reviews before I bought from this company. A total waste of my time & money!

excellent timing on delivery and the plants turned up in such beautiful quality its quite shocking to read so many bad reviews previous to mine hopefully the service has been improved and that's why I have had such a great experience ordering from here thank you I hope your other customers will get the same treatment thank you :)

Ordered my plants on 13th April. They arrived 3 months later, the magnolia tree in terrible condition and apple tree not much better. Have tried to revive it, but almost has no root system. No progress on my 100s of email messages. I receive regular messages trying to sell more but nothing about resolution. I am disgusted by this company. I wish a dissatisfied customer with expertise and time would suggest a group action.
Quite shocking that this company are still trading , they took million of pounds from people then sent dead plants .
They did not give refunds either when requested .

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my two non matching bay trees that were sold as a pair to look the same! For over two months I have been waiting for a reply after I sent photos of the plants and was assured my "Victor" my case was being looked into! There is no way to contact the company except fill in Support Tickets and wait!!! For Christmas maybe??

Unbelievable. I thought I had seen the last of this terrible company, I ordered in May, eventually after months of being ignored by then, got a refund from my bank via cashback. Now the bank has contacted me to say GE is disputing the refund saying it's a fair charge!!! Gobsmacking. No way are they stealing my money a second time. I have sent the bank evidence (which I thankfully saved from the ticket before they deleted it) so they can refuse their request. Just shocking. Avoid avoid avoid. Will I ever be free of aggravation from this terrible organisation??
I got a cease and desist letter from them as they didn't like the support I was giving to the 130 people on Facebook that were trying to get money back for dead, damaged and undelivered plants and trees.
Awful awful awful wish I read reviews before I bought. WONT EVER use them again. They have asked for feedback which I have given, no one replied to my emails, no number to call. Absolutely joke
I also received a bunch of dead plants that this company seems to specialise in and after no response from their useless ticket system, I submitted a chargeback claim via my credit card. It has taken them a few months to deal with my claim but I finally got my money back. Please submit a chargeback claim via your credit card and hopefully if enough people are given there money back this despicable company will start to feel it where it hurts and stop treating their customers with such contempt.
I think they are actually criminals and we should get together and launch a class action against them. I ordered two identical bamboos to create a short hedge. After a long wait just one arrived which was no good to me. They then argued that they'd delivered 2 as that's what it said on the delivery note. I waited a few weeks for the other to arrive and then demanded my money back in full. But they've got a rule saying things must be returned in 14 days - very clever ploy.
Another unsatisfied customer response from me too. I paid £14 for 2 dead white Poinsettias that have just gone in the bin. I am a keyworker and just don't have time to faff about looking for email address of Chris Bonnett and you can't call them on the phone. I tried to put a negative review up on the site but it didn't load. Will never use again.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my Sago Palms. Within 2 weeks of having them they are dying! The leaves are yellow now. No reply from from several Emails that I have sent! Awful Company!!!
The word hopefully will reach others before they buy from these guys...I'm normally pretty good at research but not this time. Karma will come around and I wish these shoddy vendors have insight when it does. Sad that our paths crossed.

I ordered plants from them on the 6th June On the 16th I was told that they are on its way with Hermes.I still have not received my plants.I have contacted my credit card.They said they will look in to it for me.I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.Do they rea exist
This company bulk buys reviews so you cannot trust any positive review. On Trustpilot the positive reviews all have 'invited' next to them. In other words, bought and paid for. I am going to follow advice and claim back from my credit card company but I'm still going to leave negative reviews anywhere that I can. People need to know just how bad this company is. They should not be still operating.

Patio roses
Marketed as 80cm high. Arrived and were only 50cm high and bear little resemblance to the picture on the website. Contacted them to be advised the height included the pot
Which is bloody stupid. Have emailed several times but no response. If I had realised they have no phone number I would not have used them. To be fair the roses though very short are seemingly healthy. They do offer a 5 year guarantee but if they don't communicate anyway that is just pie in the sky! Would I use them again? No way6 varieties of plant
delivers very little . Their marketing is excellent their products are poor . 11 emails numerous calls (all chargeable by the way ). Products I ordered 6 items so not a small order . They arrived a month late in a distressed condition . Would NEVER buy from them again . Even if it were free .

Do not use this company!
I ordered two x acers, one at £100. After waiting nine weeks on delivery, they arrived, dead leaves, spindly, diseased, nothing like shown on site or described. Avoid at all costs.2 rose bush trees
Negative review as really terrible customer service after half the order 'germinated', the other half is fine, however it does not achieve the desired affect and a replacement would have sufficed, or r efund so I could have found an alternative, but neither has materialised after 10 weeks. Appalling customer service, no response to enquiries or emails and repetition using a standard template in answer to everything. I'll need to escalate to an ombudsman get my money back, what a waste of time, never using again.
Dwarf Korean Lilac Shrubs; Black Cherry Patio Fruit Tree; others
Ordered the above on 3rd May. Delivered on 17th June. Both Black Cherry Patio Fruit Trees are diseased (One was delivered two weeks ago) and will need to be destroyed. Wrote to the company with photographs and a reply by e-mail said my complaint was being forwarded to the Horticultural Manager. Despite many e-mails heard nothing. Very bad customer service. The rest of the order of poor quality. Arrived very dry. Put into buckets of water immediately to revive. All the plants are in a poor distressed condition and are not healthy as expected from a Nursery. They included free a packet of bulbs but no label to say what they are!!! I will never order from this company again. Very disappointed.

Ordered 9th April, No reply to communications. Finally on the 19th May informed plants have been dispatched. As yet courier has not received any packages.
£70 worth of outdoor plants
Order placed over a month ago - still waiting! Did receive a response to my e-mail but they told me nothing I didn't know already which was they are having delays! No response received when I asked how much longer. Will not be ordering here again. Lesson learned - the hard way.

Negative. Still no plants delivered as of 16.05. Three tickets raised, 2 cancelled. On line chat SWITCHED OFF. Requested refund twice. Still no refund !!! Order still in processing stage !!!
When I placed the order in April there was no warning of it being such a long delay. Now on the website it states 2/4 weeks, but I have been waiting 6 weeks

The lilac has 3 'branches' , 2 of which are dead. The rose was little more than a twig and despite my care has already died. I used this company before and one plant I bought has done really well. However just because you buy something in the sale, does not automatically mean you should expect it to be sub-standard. No point complaining as I already tried that.

Ordered 2 plants they debited the money out of my account of £26.95 I set up a number Iticket sent a message all I got back from them was a letter about Corona 19
to then and still no reply I checked my order and it was placed but it also then said it was cancelled so I sent them another message and had no reply this company should not be able to carry on selling I had good faith in them I feel I've been scamed3 plants
I ordered 3plants on 2/4/20 2 arrived 3weeks later. I emailed them as to when I could expect the 3rd and got an automated email back saying it’s a difficult time and orders may take up to 15 days. 29 days later I’m still waiting for my 3rd plant.

Easy to order on 8 April but no further communication from them. Having visited website to chase up, it is full of excuses re corona virus but absolutely no way of getting in touch. They have even suspended their chat and enquiry ticket facilities. This is inexcusable.
Buxus balls
Absolutely disgusted at the quality of their products. Do not buy from here. Complete con and nothing like the photos advertised. Spent a small fortune and am out of pocket, no one gets back to you and it’s daylight robbery.
