    I am from Scotland and I love anything from Scotland. I have always loved to get cashmere clothing. So when I had a wedding to attend in my hometown I told myself I was going to get cashmere attire. However, the challenge became how I was going to get a quality one. After much searching, I decided to shop from Heritage of Scotland. I placed an order and it was delivered to me within a few days. I am satisfied with their product and will shop from them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Heritage of Scotland to anyone looking to buy quality cashmere fabric, tweed, and kilt accessories.

    What a horrible experience this has been. I ordered 6 items which were all “in stock” when I ordered. The website also indicated that I would receive my items within 3 to 5 days. Well, I started to try to contact Heritage of Scotland a week after nothing came in the mail. This company really, really takes its time getting back to its customers. The person that finally emailed me back after I had sent two emails (4 days after I emailed them the first time), was not apologetic or helpful at all. The second person that emailed me back after another email/question I had sent to them (2 days later responded ) was apologetic, but also came up with a bogus excuse as to why my items were so late. Courtney claimed that their warehouse flooded. She claimed that the workers had to go home early for their health and safety. The warehouse flooded? does this mean that I’m going to get moldy clothing? And if the workers only had to go home early for one day, then the excuse makes absolutely no sense that my delivery would be 11 days late (and still counting). I could tell immediately that that it was a lie.
    When it came to one of my items, being out of stock, the item I wanted the most, Courtney told me that sometimes orders are filled before they have done inventory.???
    This entire company is transparently incompetent. It has been 17 days since I ordered from Heritage of Scotland online. I have received nothing and I even tried to cancel the order because I simply don’t want anything to do with this company anymore. Courtney said that I could pay postage to have them shipped back and get a refund after they arrive.???
    This is an absolutely terrible company. I don’t even know yet if it’s actually a scam. It’s possible.
    If you are behind on orders, because it is Christmas, or because of weather, or whatever the case may be, just say so. Why lie about it?! Just change the wording on the website. Stop claiming that customers will receive their packages within 3 to 5 days. It’s very dishonest. When it comes to ordering scarves, I would encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere because this has been an absolute scarf-buying nightmare. I will never purchase anything from this company again and I will encourage my viewers on YouTube to look elsewhere as well. Very shoddy business.
    As I refuse to pay to ship the items from the United States to the UK (at my own expense), I will, unfortunately, have to keep these items. I hope that (at least) the quality of the items are good. I am a bit worried about that. If the items that they sell are low quality, I admit that I would not be surprised. I would not be surprised if the items mirror their business practices.
