    3 Stone Diamond Ring

    I was a bit unsure about buying from this company at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but I was really impressed with the fantastic service I got. I bought a lovely 3 stone diamond ring from them ten years ago, and recently I wanted to get it resized. The whole process was really easy and quick, they helped me send it back to them and in just a week it was back with me looking as good as new. I'm over the moon with how it turned out. It's not often you come across a company that gives such brilliant service even years after you first bought from them, but this one definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

    I bought an engagement ring not long ago and I wasn't very happy with the service I received. The ring is absolutely stunning, but I was disappointed because the inscription I asked for wasn't engraved as I had requested in my order. When I reached out to customer support about the issue, they apologised and suggested that I return the ring to have the inscription added. However, they told me that this would take an extra 4 to 6 weeks. This was way too long as my engagement date was approaching, and I was frustrated with the lack of care for details and quick solutions from the company.

    After thinking about it for ages, I eventually made the decision to treat myself to a diamond ring for my 25th anniversary.     I bought a necklace from Blue Nile online shop as a Christmas gift for my wife in 2023. Everything seemed great at first, but when I received the invoice, I was surprised by the hidden charges that weren't mentioned on the website. I thought I had paid for everything online, only to later receive an extra bill from FedEx for delivery and import taxes. It felt really unfair as my invoice showed '0' taxes and '0' delivery charges, with a balance of £0.00, yet I ended up having to pay over a hundred pounds extra. It felt like they were trying to sneakily make me pay more without giving me a heads up. I feel like both Blue Nile and FedEx were working together to deceive customers, so I would advise to be cautious and avoid buying from them.

    I recently bought an engagement ring to be sent to the UK, but when it arrived, I saw a big flaw in the sapphire stone. It was disappointing because I spent a lot of money on it. Even after trying to sort it out and get a replacement, I ended up with another ring that seemed like it was just lying around.<br><br>Feeling pretty gutted, I asked for a refund since I knew I wouldn't be happy with anything else. Sadly, they said no because I missed the deadline. It was annoying because the ring took so long in customs that I couldn't make it in time for the refund.<br><br>To make things worse, I got charged double for duty tax, which was unfair. I was told to pay up and then fill out a form to get my money back. But turns out, that form didn't even exist. So now I'm stuck chasing this up for no reason at all.<br><br>Overall, this whole thing has been a letdown and expensive. I've spent a lot of money and time dealing with different support teams, only to end up with a not-so-great ring and an unhappy partner.

    I bought a ring on this website not long ago, and I have to tell you, I was really let down by the service. I got an email saying my order was cancelled just days before our special event. When I got in touch with customer service, they were really rude and disrespectful. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and tactless the representative was.
