I ordered what I thought was some music it was called "Ultimate Record Collection: The 500 Greatest Albums" BUT what was delivered was just a catalogue of their music that was available for £11.74, what a con this company is.Subscription Deals
The switch from Carpoligy to Kelsey Media has been a total mess. I used to love getting subscription deals through Carpoligy, the service was fantastic and the deals were brilliant. But ever since Kelsey Media took charge, it's all gone downhill. Firstly, they charged me for a subscription I didn't actually have under them. Then, when I tried to buy a new subscription through what used to be Carpoligy but is now Kelsey Media, it was a nightmare. The whole process was confusing, I kept getting the wrong information, and the customer service was just awful. All in all, I would strongly recommend avoiding Kelsey Media.
Subscription renewal
I've just renewed my magazine subscription and it was dead easy! I even had a question about my order and the customer service was dead nice and helpful. They answered my question right away and made sure I was pleased with my purchase. All in all, it was a top experience and I'll definitely be back for more.
Ultimate music guide
I bought this amazing music guide from Kelsey Media and I have to say, I was so impressed with the service. Even though I ordered it right before Christmas when everything gets a bit crazy, the magazine arrived really quickly, even quicker than they said it would.
Replacement copy of magazine arrived promptly
I had a problem with my magazine order from Kelsey Media because it came without the CD. But, Daisy Angelo from Customer Services was really helpful and quickly sent me a replacement copy of Uncut. I really appreciate her quick response and great customer service.
Ordered magazine subscription
I ordered a magazine subscription from them but never received it. They claimed it was out of stock, but really? And then they didn't want to give me a refund until PayPal stepped in. Their customer service is seriously dreadful, so I wouldn't recommend spending your money there!
My cancelled subscription
So, you know, I had this subscription that I had to cancel because of some changes going on, and I was proper gutted about it. But then this lass called Daisy was, like, well helpful and got back to me about my cancellation dead quick and in a proper efficient way. I proper appreciated that, cheers Daisy!
Replacement CD
I ordered a CD from this really cool place, but when it arrived it was broken. I was gutted, but the lady, Daisy, was amazing. She sent me a new one. Unfortunately, that one then ended up getting lost in the post! 📦 However, Daisy didn't give up. She managed to find another CD and sent it to me. Daisy is honestly the best! 🌟

They got back to me really fast when I emailed about my order missing something. I mean, within 5 minutes! They fixed the issue and sent it out on the same day. It was awesome!
Subscribed for a while
I've been receiving magazines for ages and they always arrive right on time. I'm really pleased with them. I cancelled my subscription easily because I'm not interested anymore. I just sent a message and they replied the next day to confirm it had been cancelled. It was super quick and they were nice about it, no problems at all.
My December magazine issue
You know what? I let them know, and they sent me a replacement straight away! Big thank you to Daisy for being such a great help!
Missing item replacement
I had a bit of a problem the other day when the thing I ordered didn't show up. But, I gotta say, the service I got to fix it was top notch. There was this lady called Daisy from customer service, she was really good - quick and nice, got me a replacement in no time. I was impressed with how fast they sorted it all out and how well they kept me in the loop.

Variety of publications, difficult to cancel
Kelsey Media has got some really interesting stuff to read, but it's a bit of a pain to cancel. Subscribing online is a breeze, but cancelling is a total nightmare, much like Virgin Media. It would be great if they could make it easier, then I'd happily rate them higher.
Magazines to Sweden
Daisy from customer service went above and beyond to assist me in sending magazines from the UK to Sweden. She was so friendly and made sure to follow up with me to ensure everything was sorted. That's what I call excellent customer service - not only solving the issue but also ensuring my satisfaction in the end! Thanks a lot, Daisy!
Changed delivery address
I had to change my delivery address twice and every time I got in touch, they were really quick to respond and assist me. Daisy Angelo was the person who helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! It's great to experience such efficient and prompt service in today's fast-paced world.

I recently decided to cancel my magazine subscriptions because I found myself spending more time reading news online rather than flipping through physical magazines. I really appreciated her assistance, and it definitely made the whole process a lot smoother.
Misleading purchase
I bought something from this company for £28.99 but it never arrived. Customer service gave me conflicting information and then refused to give me a refund. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
