I had a bit of a problem the other day when the thing I ordered didn't show up. But, I gotta say, the service I got to fix it was top notch. There was this lady called Daisy from customer service, she was really good - quick and nice, got me a replacement in no time. I was impressed with how fast they sorted it all out and how well they kept me in the loop.
Quick and efficient service
I spoke to Daisy and she was so quick to respond and really helpful. The service was fantastic and she kept me updated throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Magazine subscription
I've just bought a magazine subscription from Kelsey Media and I've got to say, it was a great experience. Daisy Angelo was so helpful and had a really positive attitude when helping me out with my purchase. She gave me all the info I needed and made the whole process really easy and quick. The variety of magazines they offer at Kelsey Media is really impressive, covering a wide range of interests and preferences. I managed to find exactly what I was after without any trouble at all. All in all, I'm really pleased with the service from Kelsey Media and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of some quality magazines.
Variety of publications, difficult to cancel
Kelsey Media has got some really interesting stuff to read, but it's a bit of a pain to cancel. Subscribing online is a breeze, but cancelling is a total nightmare, much like Virgin Media. It would be great if they could make it easier, then I'd happily rate them higher.
Magazines to Sweden
Daisy from customer service went above and beyond to assist me in sending magazines from the UK to Sweden. She was so friendly and made sure to follow up with me to ensure everything was sorted. That's what I call excellent customer service - not only solving the issue but also ensuring my satisfaction in the end! Thanks a lot, Daisy!
Changed delivery address
I had to change my delivery address twice and every time I got in touch, they were really quick to respond and assist me. Daisy Angelo was the person who helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! It's great to experience such efficient and prompt service in today's fast-paced world.
Magazine subscription cancellation
I recently decided to cancel my magazine subscriptions because I found myself spending more time reading news online rather than flipping through physical magazines. When I contacted Kelsey Media's customer service, Daisy was absolutely fantastic in helping me with the cancellation process. She was friendly, understanding, and very efficient. I really appreciated her assistance, and it definitely made the whole process a lot smoother.
Misleading purchase
I bought something from this company for £28.99 but it never arrived. Customer service gave me conflicting information and then refused to give me a refund. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Gift subscription
I recently received a gift subscription from this company, but had a small problem with the delivery address. I got in touch with customer service and was really impressed by how quick and friendly Daisy was in responding. She sorted out the address change immediately and even said she could send a replacement if there were any problems because of my mistake. Luckily, my grandson didn't have any issues getting his magazines despite the address mix-up, but it was nice to see that they were willing to help out so much. So far, the magazines have been arriving on time and the customer service has been top-notch.
Yearly subscription refund issue
I'm really not happy with the customer service at this company. I've been trying to get a refund for a payment that was taken out on the 27th of February 2024 for an annual subscription that I forgot to cancel. Despite all my efforts, I haven't managed to get my £39.99 direct debit refunded. I'm feeling really frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and help from the company. Sadly, this whole experience has left me with a bad feeling, and I won't be using their services again in the future.
Magazine purchase
I bought a magazine from the website recently and had a really good experience overall. Before I placed my order, I got in touch with customer service and had a chat with a helpful lady called Daisy. She was very accurate and pleasant to talk to, which was nice. After I paid, my package was sent out quickly and got to Dutch Customs within a few days. But it took a bit longer than I thought to get from the customs to my house, about 10 days in total. Even with that delay, I liked the range of magazines on the website and found them interesting. I'll definitely be thinking about coming back in the future for more purchases.
