    Gift subscription

    I recently received a gift subscription from this company, but had a small problem with the delivery address. I got in touch with customer service and was really impressed by how quick and friendly Daisy was in responding. She sorted out the address change immediately and even said she could send a replacement if there were any problems because of my mistake. Luckily, my grandson didn't have any issues getting his magazines despite the address mix-up, but it was nice to see that they were willing to help out so much. So far, the magazines have been arriving on time and the customer service has been top-notch.

    Yearly subscription refund issue

    I'm really not happy with the customer service at this company. I've been trying to get a refund for a payment that was taken out on the 27th of February 2024 for an annual subscription that I forgot to cancel. Despite all my efforts, I haven't managed to get my £39.99 direct debit refunded. I'm feeling really frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and help from the company. Sadly, this whole experience has left me with a bad feeling, and I won't be using their services again in the future.

    Magazine purchase

    I bought a magazine from the website recently and had a really good experience overall. Before I placed my order, I got in touch with customer service and had a chat with a helpful lady called Daisy. She was very accurate and pleasant to talk to, which was nice. After I paid, my package was sent out quickly and got to Dutch Customs within a few days. But it took a bit longer than I thought to get from the customs to my house, about 10 days in total. Even with that delay, I liked the range of magazines on the website and found them interesting. I'll definitely be thinking about coming back in the future for more purchases.

    Daisy and the customer support team at this company were amazing. They were really honest, speedy, and super helpful in helping me find those tricky items I was after. They not only answered all my questions, but they also went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's so nice to see such dedication and care for customers. I'll definitely be coming back because of the fantastic service I got.
