Our visit to this store was really great because of a lovely staff member who was so helpful. Lyn Hocking really listened to us and gave us good advice when we were looking for a sofa. She didn't rush us at all and let us take our time to choose. Thanks to her, we found the perfect sofa and we are very happy with it. We had a really good experience overall and we would definitely come back in the future.
Kitchen and bedroom fittings
I popped into your shop the other day to start sorting out my kitchen and bedrooms. Yvonne over in the kitchen department was a real gem - she knew her stuff, was super helpful, and really helped me figure out what would work best for me. The way she dealt with me was top-notch and made the whole thing so easy and pleasant. I was really pleased with the service I got at your store.
Two sofas
I bought two sofas from this shop not long ago and I have to say, it was a great experience. The salesperson, Alex, who works in the furniture department, was brilliant. He was so friendly, really helpful, and a real gem for the store. Alex gave us some great advice and guidance, helping us to pick out the best materials for our sofas. There was never any pressure to buy, just helpful advice and nice chat. I'll definitely go back to Alex for any future purchases. Big thanks to Alex for his excellent service.
New bed and mattress
Purchasing a new bed and mattress turned out to be a lot more challenging than we thought it would be. It's such a big buy, and the last thing we wanted was to mess it up. After weeks of feeling overwhelmed by all the choices out there, we finally decided to go to a particular store and met this guy called Nathan in the bed section. What a relief! Nathan spent practically the whole afternoon with us, really putting our needs first and sharing his vast knowledge and expertise. He gave us a few different options to think about and made us feel really good about our decision-making. We couldn't make the purchase on the spot, but we went back today to sort everything out, and now we can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered.
Sofa purchase
I recently bought a sofa from the shop and I have to say, I had a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. The process of ordering was easy and quick, and I got frequent updates on the expected delivery times which I found really helpful. The delivery arrived on time, with two really polite and friendly delivery men, who gave great service with a smile. They were a real asset to the company and I was really impressed with how professional they were.
Bathroom supplied and fitted
I recently got my bathroom done up by a fantastic installer. He was really respectful, super efficient and did the job to a really high standard. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I also had some silicone work redone recently and he came and fixed it really quickly. I was really impressed with his service, he's definitely the best person for the job! Thank you so much!
Kitchen, utility room, and dining room cabinets
Recently, I had my kitchen, utility room, and dining room cabinets installed by a company based in Talbot Green. The whole process was overseen by a guy called Nick who really knew his stuff and was happy to listen to any changes I wanted to make to the design. The communication all the way through was spot on, keeping me updated at every stage. When it came to fitting everything, Steve Williams, the guy doing the installation, was super precise and made sure everything was done perfectly. He even spotted a few marks on some cabinet doors and got them replaced straight away. All in all, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, despite having no kitchen for a while during the fitting!
Sofa and chair purchase
I recently bought a sofa and chair from the store. The fabric is gorgeous and the quality looks top-notch. I got help from two sales assistants, I think their names were Paul and Paul. They were really helpful and gave great service. I was really impressed by how much they knew and how far they went to make sure I found the perfect pieces for my home. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store for their fantastic service.
Two sofas delivered by Carl and Matt
Carl and Matt, who we like to call the A-Team, brought two sofas over to our place from goodness knows where, and they were brilliant at getting them into our living room. They took their time and clearly knew what they were about. Big thanks, fellas!
Furniture delivery
I've ordered some new furniture from this place recently and I must say, the delivery went really well. It's not something you hear about much these days, right? Anyway, on the day of delivery, I was contacted by the delivery guys, Carl and Matt, just like they promised. They showed up on time and were actually quite nice to deal with. I was bracing myself for the usual issues and delays, but they were really efficient and got everything sorted out quickly. Big shoutout to them!
3 seat settee delivery
I bought a lovely 3-seater sofa from the store to go with my other furniture. It turned out to be top-notch quality, just like I anticipated from this shop. I was also really impressed by the delivery service carried out by Carl and Matt. They handled getting the sofa through all the doors like pros, and they were friendly and professional throughout. Not only that, but they made sure to take away all the packaging, so there was no mess left behind. All in all, I'm really happy with both the sofa and the delivery service.
Got a new bed
I'm absolutely chuffed with my new bed! It was delivered right on schedule and two fellas called Carl and Matt were brilliant - they got it up the stairs, put it all together, and even cleared away all the rubbish. They even took away my old mattress for me! The service was top-notch and I really appreciate it.
Sofa
Maria was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even went out of her way and asked a designer to assist in matching colours for purchase of my sofa. A credit to Leekes.
Really good services
Last Month i called them for installing wallpapers on my bedroom's wall. They have good options to choose in wallpapers. I must say that the way of their working is quite great and also the end results that i got, i am very satisfied and feeling lucky to have them.
