So, yeah, I ordered this really cool dog toy and it still hasn't come. I've been trying to contact them since last year, can you believe it? I even gave Resolver a go, but all I'm getting is this boring automated response saying they'll reply later. It's just not cool, mate!
Dog supplies
I recently bought some dog supplies and I must say, I was really impressed with the quality of the products. The website was easy to use and I easily found what I needed. Ordering was a breeze and I liked the variety of products they had. The customer service was top-notch, they responded quickly to any questions I had. The prices were good too, I felt like I got my money's worth. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Dog treats
I recently ordered some dog treats from a company, and it was a complete disaster! Initially, I received an email confirming my order, but then I didn't hear anything else from them. I tried reaching out, but they never got back to me. The website was down for 'maintenance,' and I was really worried! Fortunately, I was able to get a refund through my mum's bank. I feel sorry for anyone who lost their money in this situation. I won't be purchasing from this unreliable company again. I should have checked the reviews before ordering!

I purchased some dog food, but it never arrived. After that, they said they would send me more, but that didn't happen either. I bought a dog bed and some treats from this company not long ago, and I was really let down by the service I got. Everything was fine at first when I placed my order, but after that, things went downhill fast. My stuff never showed up, and when I tried getting in touch with customer service, all I got were robotic-sounding emails that weren't much help. They kept promising me a refund, but it never actually came through. It's really disappointing that this company can get away with treating people like this.
Delayed order
I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten from this company. I placed an order in spring and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The lack of communication and updates about my order has been really frustrating. I wish I could just go to the store and ask about my order, maybe even get a refund. It's not on to keep a customer waiting this long with no solution in sight. After this experience, I won't be recommending this company to anyone.
Failed Delivery
I'm really sorry to say that I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered something from them eight weeks ago and still haven't got it. I've tried getting in touch with them loads of times through email, Facebook, and Instagram, but they haven't replied at all. It's really annoying and I'm not happy with their service at all.
Pet supplies
What's going on with this place? I've ordered from them before without any problems, but my latest order seems to have vanished. They're not responding to my emails either. Are they still open or have they closed down without telling their customers? I'm not happy about this at all.
Bad experience
My experience with that shop was really bad. I thought I'd be nice and try again, but there was no point. They took my money straight away, but my order never arrived. They didn't even bother to reply to my messages - shows they've got no heart. How do they even sleep at night?
Pet food
I bought some pet food from this company on the 1st of September, but the order never showed up. They promised to send it and give me tracking details, but I never got any updates. I asked for a refund several times and they said it was done, but I haven't received my money back yet. It's frustrating to see a company not delivering orders or giving good customer service. I'll definitely be following up on this to get the solution I need.
Unfulfilled order
I was really let down by the service I received from this company. I waited for weeks for my order to come, and when it didn't, I had to contact customer service. The lack of updates about my order was frustrating, and it seemed like lots of people in my area were experiencing the same thing. Even though they offered me a refund twice, it took ages for the money to actually show up in my bank account – 5-10 days each time. It was so stressful, especially for someone my age. I ended up having to get help from Citizens Advice, who passed my complaint on to Trading Standards to investigate further. Luckily, my credit card company helped me out with a chargeback, which finally pushed the company to give me a full refund. Looking back, I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before I decided to buy from them.
Dog Bed
I ordered a dog bed back in October, but it never arrived. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they completely ignored all of my messages. In the end, I had to raise a dispute on my credit card just to get a response, and then they finally decided to refund my payment. The service was absolutely terrible!

I placed an order for dog food on 3rd August which I have never received. I have written eight emails, and have been assured a refund has been issued. I've still not received it. My last email was ignored.

Pricing was competitive and all I wanted was some dog food, so what could possibly go wrong? Boy, was I naive! I ordered, received an email confirming and then I waited...and waited...and waited, chasing three times and still no food. Finally and at the end of my tether, I threatened them with legal action and was offered a refund.
Three little words, 'DO NOT USE'!Frozen dog food
Ordered frozen dog food and was lied to about it being shipped out, never received a shipping confirmation email, and after 3 weeks when I asked for the order to be cancelled I received confirmation and that I would get my refund in 5-10 working days. Clearly they had never shipped it as they said nothing about the order they had apparently sent. My emails were ignored after the 5-10 days and I hadn’t got my money back, I thought something didn’t seem right (also didn’t seem right when the first enquiry I sent was responded to late on a Friday night, way outside of their business hours) So I did a quick google and the amount of bad reviews was astounding, all with the exact same problems. I stumbled across a Facebook group ‘Not In The Dog House ARE In The Dog House’ with 1.1k people, all having the exact same problem. There are screen shots of emails that were word for word the exact same as mine, there’s proof of his fake positive reviews, a BBC watchdog article about his scamming and even photos of his ‘warehouse’ up on Rightmove. Turns out it’s a guy by the name of William James Wright conning people out of their money, and seems to have been doing it for a while. Luckily it doesn’t look like he will be getting away with it for much longer, as after I opened a dispute with my bank and filed a cyber fraud case with Action Fraud, I received my money back within 24 hours, as the company is already flagged for fraud. My order was relatively small and although I got my money back, I will definitely be keeping up my case to add to the hundreds of others, and I’m looking forward to the karma coming for Mr William James Wright :)

Items ordered but never turned up. Several emails sent but all ignored. Finally got a response when I mentioned Action Fraud and Trading Standards. My order has been cancelled by NITDH with no reason given. I am awaiting a refund but have already alerted my bank to start reclaim procedure.I am in the same position...
