FRAUDULENT - BEWARE !
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. It's 2 weeks since I ordered and I've heard nothing. I've requested a refund and nothing. A sign of fraud ... there is no address nor telephone number. Clearly fraudulent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Wish I could select NO STARS! Ordered dog food early in May 2023. No confirmation email received. No delivery received. I emailed and the reply said delivery had been despatched 16 May. It didn't arrived. I emailed again to cancel order and request refund. Thereafter there were an exchange of emails saying refund was being processed, or they would chase the accounts department. It's now 30 June and no delivery, and no refund has been received.

I was shocked to read some the reviews prior to placing an order with this Company. Naturally, I declined to place an order at this stage.
However, to assist those who feel they may have been a victim of fraudulent behaviour, help is at hand via the Action Fraud website and your debit/credit card provider's website. Remember, the more people that report suspect activities the more likely it is that the perpetrators will be prosecuted if found guilty.Dog Products
Scam artists, I don't understand how this website and company hasn't been shut down yet. So many people are not receiving their orders and being stolen from.
My experience has been similar to others. Multiple emails saying "order is on the way", "resending the order", "problems in the warehouse" "refund is on the Way",

I would advise anyone looking at the products not to buy. Like most other customers I purchased some dog food which despite constant e mails etc has not turned up. A refund has been requested but there has been no response.

Like others I ordered my dog food just before Easter, got an email apologising for the delay in dispatch. Then got dispatched email, like others no tracking info, order never arrived. Not in the Dog House assured me it was on it’s way but it obviously wasn’t. I requested a refund - I’ve contacted them numerous times by email - don’t bother phoning because they don’t answer - still not been given a refund.
Please don’t fall for the positive reviews, far more bad than good - even if you believe the good to be genuine.Dog coat
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered item never arrived. No refund. Unanswered emails and promises of a refund never materialised. Only a voicemail on contact number provided and they never phone back. Terrible company...AVOID!

Dreadful! Order made 23/2/23. No goods received despite several emails, phone messaged left and two letters to the Director of the company. No refund as promised in an email apologising for not fulfilling the order. First reply to my email chasing the order is exactly the same as the last one sent, (ie).I can see your order has been despatched and tracking info will follow...as if! Amazed this company is allowed to continue trading given the many negative reviews it has on Trustpilot and other sites. Must be making money had over fist taking payment for orders that aren't sent.

Order placed 08 March - several emails later and no dog food so I cancelled on 20 March and asked for refund. Takes 5-10 working days apparently!

Ordered a dog coat in January. Never received. Advised I'd be sent replacement which also didn't arrive. Have sent numerous emails requesting refund...again was advised refund would be issued. I left several voicemails but nobody called me back.
Have done a claw back now with my bank.

Unfortunately this company did not honor both the order or refund.
Order placed on the 14th February 2023 for dog food, I don't order dog food on a whim, I order dog food as I need it sooner rather than later. A few days later no sign of dispatch details so I follow this up to be advised that they will chase and get this out for delivery. 7 days later, 22/2/23 still no sign of dispatch, so I have to go elsewhere to buy dog food and contact NITDH requesting that they cancel and refund, which they confirmed they would and that the refund would take 5-10 working days. Yesterday 7/3/23 I received an email advising my order was on its way...however its not as i can't track. I got in touch with them via email and as yet have not had a response. I have now passed this to my credit card company to deal with as today 8/3/23 is the 10 working days for a refund.Wagg training treats
Ordered bulk purchase of Wagg training treats on 30 January 2023. Sent several emails chasing only to be fobbed off with lame excuses. Eventually cancelled on 15 February with the promise of a refund in 5 to 10 working days. Have chased again but just ignored. No refund received to date. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Steer well clear.

£102 in limbo, purchased goods on 02/01/2023 and paid higher delivery cost to get within 5 days, now end of Feb promised refund twice not received. Still waiting disputing through the bank now. has to purchase food elsewhere £102 too much to be playing with in this current economic climate. its simply unfair and a very poor service. Will not purchase from here again which is a shame because the quality of previous orders.
