I paid for a dog bed over a week ago, received an email saying dispatched and tracking info to follow...still waiting, then received an automated email saying sorry your item is delayed, seems everyone having the same experience , after reading reviews this company sounds like a scamming site I have contacted trading standards and my credit card company

Ordered a dog bed at the end of August after one month still no bed so cancelled order, was told refund would be 5-10 days that was on the 26th September. It is now 21st of October still no refund will be contacting trading standards. Don’t deal with theses people.

I ordered my items and received an email from "Will" to say thanks for supporting a family business. Good sign! However, after about 2 weeks still hadn't received my items or a shipping notification. So I sent an email to tell them I assumed it was a scam and I was going to start the required proceedings against them with me credit card supplier. Received another email a couple of says later (felt automated) to apologise for longer than normal shipping times. Still no email of dispatch. Tried to pursue my credit company again and about 4 or 5 days ago received a shipping notice with tracking info from Evri. Still not convinced it wasn't a scam, even though at this point it felt quite elaborate and I'd obviously read the reviews here....today everything arrived as ordered. To say I was surprised is understatement. Not sure why they picked me to receive my order when clearly many more have not, I'm obviously pleased, but will not order from them again as I do not trust this company one iota despite receiving what I ordered. Ordered 7th October, received 20th October for reference. Wonder if anyone from this "family business" will ever reach out to confirm they are legit. 🤷♀️

I wish I had read all the reviews before I used this sham company. My experience echoes virtually every other recent review. I ordered £53 of goods at the end of June and the order still says unfulfilled on the web site. Needless to say I have received no goods. I have requested a full refund 4 times to be told that it will be received within 7 to 10 days. Of course, I have never received my refund or goods. They are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I am now about to report them to Trading Standards.

This did not arrive and cancelled in April . Despite continual promises they have not refunded eighty-five pounds paid to them. It is now almost July. Would give zero rating if that were possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Even one star is too generous for this company. Order never fulfilled. After one week I was told that shipping details will be shared with me shortly to then find out 5 days later, again by me chasing them that the products I ordered are out of stock. It seems that this company’s goal is to lure customers in purchasing products from their site despite being out of stock which they don’t tell you about it when making a purchase.
The customer care service also very poor. Don’t bother call them or leave a voicemail as they won’t come back to you.

Would give zero if I could. As everyone else has said. Ordered an item, waited ages. Eventually I contacted them asking where it was and they kept saying it would be sent out at the end of the week. Months later, I demanded a refund. They never sent me a refund. Kept telling me it had been sent out, I just needed to wait 5 days but then it never appeared. Ended up making and winning a PayPal case against them and finally got my refund.
To the company - stop making false promises. I get covid has messed some companies up, but that doesn't mean you needed to continually lie to me about when my item/refund would get to me. Just be honest. It's not hard.Dog Food
Initial delivery was slow, then replacements for damaged goods was slow, which were also damaged and a refund has been non existent despite chasing continuously since JUNE 2021.

Ordered on the 20th May. Never received the goods! Have chased via email! Did get a positive response initially and was informed that they were out of stock and they will refund. I have since emailed them multiple times. All my emails are not being responded to. I have just raised a dispute with my bank to claim the funds back!! 2 stars are to many but I was not able to give less!

Ordered 1/7/21 still nothing 7/7/21, auto replies to emails and phone number goes to answer machine. I wish I’d read these comments before I’d ordered from this company. I’ve reordered from More and expect the goods tomorrow. Started action against this company.

Looked lovely but fell apart after 3 walks, manufacture is very poor. We were offered a replacement that never arrived after 3 months and many many emails, so many false excuses. Lost patience and they offered money back. After another 3 months still waiting and now looking at small claims court to recover money. Do not buy from this company. I would have given a one star rating but this review site wouldn’t allow?

2 x dog beds & day matress
I ordered 3 items in March 2021 and the process went smoothly. However, as at 3 May 2021 (6 weeks) l have still received none of my order. The only time l have received any information is when l chase them. I get a vague response to some issues raised in my emails, but the real issues are not fully addressed.
I have now cancelled my order in full and told to wait a further 7-10 working days to have MY money back. So in total they will have had my (hard earned) money for nearly 2 months & have nothing to show for it.
I would definitely NOT recommend this company as their service levels are appalling. I think that it should be a warning sign when you can only contact a company via email, as they clearly don’t want to really deal with customer concerns properly. My order is overdue and there has been no response to the email I sent to them. I've had to pay out elsewhere for dog food. I've no idea if I'll get a refund. I will never use them again.
