Order not received
I ordered something from this company but it never arrived. I contacted them to ask where my order was and they said it had been sent out but couldn't give me any tracking details. I waited for ages but still no sign of my package, so I asked for a refund. They said no and didn't offer any help or compensation. I'm really let down by their lack of responsibility and bad customer service.
Two products ordered in early October
What a disaster! I ordered two products at the start of October, they took the money straight away, and I've been waiting for my order ever since. I've emailed customer service many times but got no solution. And to make things worse, the website is now down, making me wonder if I'll ever get my products or my money back. The lack of communication and transparency is shocking.
Dog bed
I bought a dog bed from this company recently and I was really pleased with how good the product was. The website was easy to use and I quickly found what I wanted. Ordering was simple and I got a confirmation email straight away. The customer service team were really helpful when I asked about delivery times. I thought the price was reasonable for the top-notch product I got. The delivery was fast and the dog bed arrived in perfect condition. All in all, I had a great time shopping with this company.
Dodgy dog beds
I messed up by not checking reviews before buying some dog beds from this place. Turns out, they were really bad quality and fell apart after just a few days. I was ready to give up and accept my mistake, but I eventually decided to file a claim with my bank. Luckily, Natwest Mastercard came to the rescue and refunded the money that was taken by this dodgy shop. My suggestion? Don't bother wasting time chasing after them, just contact your bank and let them deal with it.
Dog harness purchase
I ordered a dog harness back in September, and it's now November, but I still haven't got it. I've sent quite a few emails asking about it, and they keep saying it's coming soon. But when I asked for a refund because it's taking so long, they never got back to me. I'm really disappointed and fed up with this lack of communication and missing the delivery date. I won't be buying from them again.
Dog food order
I ordered some dog food back in September 23rd but I haven't received anything yet. I've been trying to contact them through emails but all I got was a message in October saying that my order will be on its way soon, which obviously didn't happen. Tom from customer service even said they couldn't send my order and promised a refund in a week or so but it's now November 21st and I haven't seen any sign of that refund yet. I kept on emailing them but still no reply. It's so frustrating and feels like a total waste of time dealing with them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend their money on this company, seems like they are just trying to scam people.
My order never came

So, yeah, I ordered this really cool dog toy and it still hasn't come. I've been trying to contact them since last year, can you believe it? I even gave Resolver a go, but all I'm getting is this boring automated response saying they'll reply later. It's just not cool, mate!

Failed Delivery
I'm really sorry to say that I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered something from them eight weeks ago and still haven't got it. I've tried getting in touch with them loads of times through email, Facebook, and Instagram, but they haven't replied at all. It's really annoying and I'm not happy with their service at all.

What's going on with this place? I've ordered from them before without any problems, but my latest order seems to have vanished. They're not responding to my emails either. Are they still open or have they closed down without telling their customers? I'm not happy about this at all.

Unfulfilled order
I was really let down by the service I received from this company. I waited for weeks for my order to come, and when it didn't, I had to contact customer service. Luckily, my credit card company helped me out with a chargeback, which finally pushed the company to give me a full refund. Looking back, I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before I decided to buy from them.
