Ordered wireless charging got plug in charging! On buy are a waste of time you can’t speak on phone I have account yet no orders listed in my account! Pay pal have been brilliant with sorting! Good Offers have continued to text and WhatsApp me at unreasonable hours and was rude in every way via phone and messages! Appalling service all round! Will never trust and neither should you!
I found this on offer at a lower price through onbuy. The same seller on ebay was asking £30 more. Arrived a day earlier than stated although tracking did not work. Pretty happy with purchase but hadn't read reviews first.
Please do NOT use this company to buy from. I recently had the mispleasure of dealing with these clowns when i went to order some perfume from them and paid through paypal. Only to find a refund 2 hours later because they advertised the price incorrectly. They did not give an apology, nor have they given me the correct price. And upon checking the website. The item is STILL the same price. Please stay well clear.
Ver BAD. Have not recieved item after waiting 1 month tried getting in touch with customer service... just get ignored. Wll never buy from this site. Their trustpilot reviews are very suspect as well which should have raised a red flag before ordering.
So after six weeks of promising to return the funds for an item that wasn’t delivered I’ve had to raise a formal request with my credit card provider to try and get my funds back. This is the by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I encourage everybody to never ever ever use them

Appalling company. No responsibility for sellers, no customer service, no compliance with trading laws. Order window cleaner and money taken. Sent a different product from one I ordered. Sent it back as instructed for refund but seller claimed it never arrived. Had proof of returning but this was ignored and no refund given despite having taken money for something I had not ordered. No way to contact person to speak with, claims ignored and PayPal also did not uphold my claim but rejected because seller denied me sending proof of return even though it showed up clearly on the online case! Avoid at all costs and PayPal for that matter!

Onbuy is one of the worst website that I ever come across.
I bough an item from one of the seller and it was not what described. I send the item back without openning it and the seller confirm they are going to give me full refund. After a week they said they refund shortly. Each time I ask for the refund they say next week. It has been over 6 weeks and no refund happened. I contacted the Onbuy but they do not like to take any action. Avoid at all cost.
I ordered the airpods on the 2nd Dec. I received an email saying they were dispatched on the 6th with a UK tracking number that didn't work. Then radio silence. I chased up on the 12th (they were due to arrive 10-12th). Eventually told there were 'border issues' and to rest assured the headphones would arrive before Christmas. The problem was I was flying home on the 20th. As expected, I didn't receive them until I came back today (they were delivered on the 30th). Absolutely shocking service and Onbuy were not good at dealing with this. PayPal have refused my refund as I received the item. It was a Christmas present - I bought new headphones from amazon (delivered for free the very next day) for my sister. I want a refund - I am owed £120. I applied for one this morning after I saw that the product had been received and it said the window for returns ended yesterday. I fully expect a full refund and will be ignoring this given your extremely late and unapologetic delivery. Please update me asap. Thanks, Susan
