I bought two fans from this company recently and I've got to say, they are definitely worth the money. I have one in my bedroom and another in my living room, and the best thing about them is how quiet they are. I have some lung issues, so having a fan that gives off a gentle breeze all night without waking me up is really important. They were a bit pricey, but the quality and how well they work make it worth it. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, quiet fan.
Cordless vacuum cleaner with exceptional suction power
I've tried out a few vacuum cleaners before, but none have really impressed me like this cordless one. It's just so good at what it does! I've read so many reviews where people said their homes were spotless until they used this vacuum, and now I totally get it. The suction power is just incredible, way better than my old cordless Shark. Honestly, I think this might be the best thing I've ever bought. It's so easy to use and it cleans up so well, I can't believe how much dirt and dust it picks up every time. I'm really happy with how well it works and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and efficient vacuum cleaner.
Vacuum cleaner superiority
Oh mate, I've used Sebo Felix and Dyson cleaners before, but this one is something else. It's a beast at sucking up dirt, making your floors cleaner than ever. Those annoying crumbs and dust bunnies don't stand a chance against this bad boy.
Cordless Hoover
I used the cordless hoover last night and I have to say, it did a fantastic job. It worked better than my old cordless hoover in terms of suction power and performance overall. The design is sleek and it's easy to move around furniture and tight spaces. The battery life is impressive, allowing me to clean several rooms without needing to recharge. The dust bin is easy to empty and clean, so maintenance is a breeze. In general, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this cordless hoover to others.
Cordless cleaner purchase
I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner around 18 months ago, and it was working great until the belt in the floorhead snapped. I got in touch with customer service and it took a bit of searching to find my guarantee registration, but the agent was really helpful in the end and managed to locate it. They then organised for a new floorhead to be sent to me without any charge. The 5-year guarantee definitely came in handy, and I'm happy with the service I received from them.
Vacuum cleaner broke in a few years
So, I got this vacuum cleaner a few years back and honestly, it was fantastic. It was lightweight, simple to use, and did a really good job at picking up all the dust and dirt. However, the Flexology wand broke within two years of purchasing it. And believe it or not, I'm not the only one, others have experienced the same problem. Come on, Shark, you need to fix this! Maybe offer a longer warranty or something, it's frustrating.
Shark stratos corded hoover
It was my first time investing in a decent hoover, and I've got to say, the quality is top-notch. The suction power of the Shark stratos corded hoover totally blew me away, especially for its small motor size. Plus, it's surprisingly light and easy to move around, so cleaning is a piece of cake. What really impressed me was the packaging - all paper, no plastic. It's not often you see that, and I thought it was a nice eco-friendly touch.

I'm really chuffed with my new cordless hoover! It was dead simple to put together and start using straight away. The foldable bit is brilliant - it makes it dead easy to store and get under furniture to clean. The suction is spot on, and I really like how it works on different types of floors. And being able to use it as a car vacuum is a game-changer for me!
Dust container replacement
I had to get a new dust container for my hoover because the clip was broken. I ordered one on a Sunday and it arrived the next Monday afternoon. The whole process was really quick and smooth, and I was happy with the price and service.

Great hoover with a really good price but customer service is shocking. Waited for over a month for a part. Still hasn’t arrived, still no idea when and now they are ignoring me. They won’t replace the hoover and now it’s causing other problems with it

Anti hair wrap
I definitely would not recommend this product the hoover is very heavy and falls over very easily. The warranty is a load of ... aswell ad my hoover would no longer stand up probably down to falling over while using the hose and shark wanted me to pay for the repair as it seems to be accidental damage even though in my opinion it’s a design fault oh and the hair still gets caught in the brush bars

Amazing customer services. Phoned today as hoover making a horrendous noise when switched on. Called customer services to see how I could fix thw problem. I thought I had filled in the guarantee but hadn't. Not a problem, the service assistant set up my guarantee, videod to see what the problem was and has ordered a new motor unit. All this within 10- 15 minute call. Absolutely delighted with customer service and definitely recommend calling for any advice you may have. Wish Currys Knowhow were as good. Thats another story for another day !!
Hi, I have a cordless shark duoclean. I would like too know how to get the front glass case off so that I can clean it. I have looked on utube, with others you can clip front off but not with the one I have??
We purchased a Shark upright cleaner from Argos in January this year. It is the worst purchase we have ever made in 56 years of married life. It does not work on cord carpeting, I have to push it with 2 hands and all my strength to move it!!!!!

Fantastic service 2 years ago when I purchased my cleaner and today when I had a problem , they were very efficient and caring and the young girl I spoke to (Kimberley) was so helpful and talked me through the video call and helped me in ordering a replacement part. Shark Stick cordless vac (12201UK)
Purchased from Amazon April 2021. Delighted with the performance. However I find it very awkward to handle . It is very heavy with both the battery and the dust capsule at the top of the handle. Arm gets tired and painful. Also because it is top heavy it topples over will not stand upright when you need to pause during cleaning. This design is just not user friendly. All in all extremely disappointing.
Despite the fact their vacuums are great, their customer service is appalling. I placed an order for £1700 11 days ago and made 12 calls to this company. Each time I called i was given bogus information as to the whereabouts of my package.
After 12 days of deceit, I was told today that my order will be cancelled as it is over the value of £500 and more than 2 items, and that a refund will take up to 10 days!! Absolutely disgusted with the way Sharkclean are playing monopoly with people's hard earned money. If that was the case, the website should not have let me order. Also If they processed the refund the first time I called i would not have been so furious right now!
Personally, I would urge you to avoid this company at all cost unless you want to communicate with a bunch of illiterate, ill mannered college drop outs who do not have a gram of customer service in them. The management is careless and never gets back to you. Unbelievably frustrating experience for me, and I will NEVER order from such an unprofessional company again!I am having the exact same problem ordered my shark sent wrong one called every day for a week still waiting been lied to ant speak to management disgusting company just won't refund but still not picked up the wrong shark hover they sent over a week ago I could go on and on disgraceful they don't deserve a y business

Absolute disgusting service , told next day delivery , then told 2-4 days , then told in a few days out of stock ... now 11 days and on the phone again ... despicable company and service... wont be buying from them again ...Upright cordless

No international calling number - so freephone ends up premium from abroad.
Finally managed to someone who told me there is “delays”. I asked what delay, he repeated - irs a delay. Went round this loop 3 times and I lost patience and hung up.
