    Velites hand grips

    I recently bought a pair of Velites hand grips from this shop and was really happy when they arrived. But when I tried them on, I realised they were a bit too small for my hands. So, I got in touch with Customer Services to ask if this was normal or if I had been sent the wrong size. I was pleasantly surprised by Jon Beaumont's quick response, he was incredibly helpful and knew what he was talking about. Jon mentioned that the sizing might vary depending on the model I bought compared to the one my friend had, but he assured me that I could swap them for a larger size if necessary. I was impressed by Jon's speedy and efficient help and felt like a valued customer. Overall, the customer service I received was outstanding and I really appreciated the attention to detail.

    Exchange process with excellent customer service

    I went to Wit Fitness to swap an item for my partner, and the customer service was top-notch. The quality of their products and customer care always wows me. I sent back the item for my partner's exchange, but they didn't have what we wanted in stock. However, Jon B, the staff member, was super quick and helpful. He gave us other options and made sure our new order was sorted right away. Five stars just doesn't do justice to how polite and helpful he was.

    Quick resolution of size issue

    I received the wrong size by accident, and I was worried that the item might be out of stock when I tried to exchange it. I contacted customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised that they confirmed they would send out the correct size before I even returned the wrong one to their warehouse.     Despite the gym clothes being top-notch and the website easy to use, I'm actually a bit let down by the way this company handles sales. I find it pretty dodgy how they keep asking for loads of personal info and tease customers with promo codes only to take them away just before you pay. And don't get me started on all the sneaky exemptions and crazy terms and conditions - makes it hard to feel like you're a valued customer. Plus, the prices they're asking for, especially in London City, just don't seem right to me. I really wish I hadn't bought my partner's birthday pressie from here, I'll stick with Reebok next time.

    My time with Wit Fitness was really disappointing. When I got my activewear items, I realised they weren't up to scratch in terms of quality and fit. So I decided to send them back. But that's when things went wrong. Even though I followed the return instructions and sent the items back with the label they provided, I never got my money back. It feels like Wit Fitness was happy to take returns but didn't plan on giving refunds. It's shocking to see a lack of honesty like that. If they couldn't refund me, they should have been upfront about it so I could have looked into other options, like selling the items on eBay. This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be shopping with Wit Fitness again. It's a shame to see a company behave so dishonestly.

    I recently placed an order and I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I ordered on the 19th of January and haven't heard anything about when my order will be sent. I've tried emailing and messaging them multiple times, but they haven't replied. It's not good to treat customers like this, and it doesn't make the company look good. It's frustrating to spend time and money on something and not get good service in return.

    I ordered something from outside the UK and it was a total nightmare! The delivery company messed up my order and I didn't hear anything for weeks. I was really annoyed because I had already paid and received no information. The customer service was useless, they didn't even respond to my messages. It was just awful!

    I bought some trainers from this place not long ago and it was a total nightmare! I ordered them a whole 10 days back and my money was taken straight away, but they still haven't even confirmed my order on their system. I've tried to get in touch using their web forms, but they're not working properly. I've also sent quite a few emails, but I've had no response at all. This has honestly been the most terrible experience I've ever had with a UK company. It's just been absolutely awful and disgraceful. My advice would be to steer well clear of this place!

    Nike Metcon trainers

    I recently bought a pair of Nike Metcon trainers from this store. But, after I paid, they said they were relocating their warehouse, only to discover later that they were actually shutting down. I've tried to contact them several times, but they haven't got back to me at all. It seems like they've just taken my money and disappeared, leaving me without the trainers I ordered. It's really disappointing to see such deceitful behaviour still going on in the fitness industry.

    I bought a Christmas present recently but had to return it. Even though the website said returns were free, I was actually charged £10 and never got any confirmation about my return.     I've had a shocking experience with this company! Over two weeks ago, I ordered some CrossFit gear and was charged straight away. But since then, I haven't heard anything about my order being delayed or the product being out of stock. It still says unfulfilled and I have no idea what's happening. I've tried cancelling my order twice, but customer service hasn't replied to any of my emails. It's really disappointing and frustrating to be treated like this as a customer.

    CrossFit clothing purchase

    I recently bought some CrossFit clothing from this shop. Unfortunately, my order was stuck in the 'confirmed' status for weeks with no response from the company. I tried to get in touch with them through different channels but got nowhere. I was upset to find out that the company had gone into administration. I had to get my money back from my bank using a chargeback form. It would have been better if the company had been honest about their situation on their website rather than misleading customers. This whole experience was really disappointing, especially since the company used to have a good reputation in the CrossFit community. I've decided not to support this shop again, even if it gets taken over by another company.

    I bought some fitness clothes not long ago and honestly, I had a really bad time with the people who work at this company. I returned something on the 23rd of December hoping for a refund, but it's now the 2nd of February and I still haven't heard anything back. I've tried getting in touch on social media, via email, and on their website chat several times, but they haven't replied at all. It's so annoying and really not cool the way they're handling it. I'd definitely recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
