Unresponsive customer service, processing issue
As a customer, I recently bought something which unfortunately turned into a bit of a nightmare. I placed the order on the 21st of October and, until a few days ago, it was still stuck on processing. Now, I can't even log into my account as an error keeps popping up. I've tried contacting them through email, Facebook, and Instagram multiple times but haven't had any response. It's frustrating to see others going through the same thing. The lack of communication and help has left me really unhappy, especially since the order wasn't cheap. I just hope eVitamins sorts this out quickly because I can't afford to lose the money.
