Manage your reviews
Often, we leave a review immediately following a negative experience, only to reconsider and wish to edit or delete it later. Mistakes happen, and at BritainReviews, we empower users to maintain control over their testimonials, ensuring they reflect their true experiences.
We offer flexible review management options. You can edit your reviews to correct inaccuracies or add new information, and there are no restrictions on making changes. We recognize that perspectives evolve and additional details may arise.
How to Edit a Posted Review
Modifying your review is simple and can be done through your user panel.
- Log in to your account using the button at the top right corner.
- Select the "Edit Review" option.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
We do not condone editing reviews under threats or coercion from companies. If you encounter such situations, please report them to us immediately.
Considerations When Editing a Review
We emphasize transparency and honesty. Here are some guidelines for editing a review:
- Is it necessary? While correcting minor errors is fine, a clear and well-written review is always appreciated.
- Are you doing it voluntarily? Do not edit reviews under pressure from companies. Report coercion to us immediately.
- Does it include personal or sensitive information? Focus on the brand and your experience without compromising personal data.
How to Delete a Posted Review
Users can also delete reviews if needed. This option should be used if you posted to the wrong profile or if misunderstandings occurred. If your issue is resolved, consider other options before deletion.
Only delete your review if absolutely necessary and without external pressure. To delete a review:
- Log in to your account at the top right.
- Select the "Delete Review" option.
- Confirm your action by clicking accept.
What Does It Mean to Mark a Review as Resolved?
Our platform allows users to indicate that their issue has been resolved by the company, transforming a negative review into a positive outcome.
Users currently cannot mark their own reviews as resolved, but they can confirm resolution with the company. In such cases, we will mark the review as "resolved." This option is beneficial for businesses seeking to improve their public image. Contact us to mark your review as resolved if:
The entrepreneur has satisfactorily resolved your issue, demonstrating steps to address your negative experience.
