We cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate or unclear content in reviews or responses. When necessary, we do remove personal names and inappropriate language (whilst noting this) to maintain a secure and positive environment on our website.

Verification

Do you have experience with a company? If so, we urge you, especially in cases of negative experiences, to share your experience as accurately as possible. Focus on factual and specific details, which will be invaluable for those unfamiliar with the company. When clarification is needed, we may contact the review author to request supporting evidence, such as email correspondences or invoices.

We strive to prevent the posting of unfounded reviews. Everyone who wishes to post a review is asked to provide as much detail as possible. The more detailed your review, the more credible it will be, and the better its chances of remaining online in the event of a complaint. If you post a negative review, you may be contacted via email. Reviews posted in large quantities from the same IP address will be removed. Multiple reviews, about one or more companies, that lack sufficient information will also be removed. Advertisements, calls-to-action, or threats are not permitted and will be deleted; contact information and domain names (URLs) will be redacted.

For companies

Having a business page on BritainReviews does not grant you the final say in removing or keeping a review. As an objective and independent platform, reviews or experiences submitted by customers are never removed without due process and mutual agreement that the issue has been resolved. In such cases, the negative review will be marked as 'Resolved,' and the grade will be excluded from the overall score, showcasing your brand's commitment to resolving customer issues.
