Sunglasses in wrong colour
I was dead chuffed to order this really nice pair of sunglasses from this website, but when they turned up, they were the wrong colour! Like, who wants black when you ordered brown, right? I got in touch with customer service straight away to get it sorted.

Vibrating bullet toy
This was the first time I ordered from this website and I was really excited to try out my new vibrating bullet toy. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail 24-hour service was a real let down. It took way longer than I thought for my package to arrive. I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to using my new toy. The tracking system was useless as well, it only let me know when the package had been delivered, which wasn't helpful at all. I really hope they get their delivery service sorted because I don't want to wait so long for my goodies again.
