Sports jacket purchase
I was quite pleased with the service at first, but then I was let down when they told me about their no return policy. I wasn't aware of this rule beforehand. Now I'm stuck with a credit note for something that doesn't fit me because they don't have the right size. It was a really disappointing experience all in all.
