    I purchased a rower less than a year ago and it lost tension 2 week into lockdown. Clearly I wouldn't expect anything could be done at the time, but I reported it and hoped at part would be ordered. However, as lockdown was easing I started asking if I could get the rower repaired. It took weeks to get a part for a "popular" rower and I've had two "engineers" not confirm dates. JTX appear to have a very poor supply chain and to have a rower lose tension so quickly when it was being utilised only on the weekends, seems suspect.

    I'm very disappointed in the service and dispite serveral emails and phone calls I am still sitting here with a heap of metal in my livingroom.

    My suggestion is weigh up if the slightly less expensive rower is with the hassle, for me, it has not been.
