Honey purchase
I'm really disappointed with the service I received when ordering honey online. I placed my order back on the 22nd of May, expecting it to arrive within a few days. Unfortunately, it's now the 4th of June and my order still hasn't turned up. I've tried reaching out more than once to find out what's going on, but I keep getting unsatisfactory responses. What's worse is that they've already taken the money from my account, so now I'm stuck in a tricky situation.
And to add insult to injury, an order I made for click and collect seems to have disappeared into thin air with no sign of a solution. Even the replacement order that was promised to arrive 'next day' is nowhere to be seen, despite all the promises. This whole experience has been really frustrating and disappointing. I've spent so much time and energy trying to sort it out, but nothing seems to be working.
My advice to anyone else thinking of buying honey online would be to steer clear of this company and look at other options instead. Maybe something like Grapetree or Tesco would be a better choice.
