Sympathy flowers purchase
I bought some sympathy flowers from this company, but I had a really bad time with their customer service. I saw that their system changed the delivery address to a mix of shipping and delivery, so I let them know right away. Even though I contacted them within 5 minutes of seeing the mistake, they said they couldn't do anything about it. It was so annoying, especially since sending sympathy flowers is quite sensitive. The fact that the company didn't show any understanding or offer help was really disappointing. It made me feel like they had taken advantage of me.
