Injection pens
I'm a customer at Doctor-4-U, and I have to say I'm really pleased with the injection pens I bought. They're so easy to use, and the info pack that came with them was really helpful. The travel case they included is a great bonus too, especially when I'm on the go or away from home for work. All in all, I'm over the moon with my experience and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

Magnesium gummies
I bought some magnesium gummies from your company not long ago. Sadly, the package went missing in the post. When I reached out to customer service about it, I was really pleased with how helpful and polite they were. Rachel, who I spoke to, went out of her way to sort everything out for me. She sent out a replacement package and made sure I got my vitamins without any further delay. I was really impressed with the great customer service I received.

Delayed delivery
I'm feeling really let down by the delay in getting my order. It was meant to be here by last Friday, and now it's already Tuesday. I got an email telling me it was with Royal Mail and that they would look into it, but I've not had any updates since I replied yesterday morning. It's really getting me down, especially as I'm heading away on Thursday, and there won't be anyone around to collect it if it comes then.
