Photographic souvenir sent by tour guide
I was chuffed to bits when our tour guide sent over a group snap after we finished the tour. It was a lovely touch and really showed how dedicated he is to looking after us customers. It's not often you find someone so thoughtful and caring in their job, so I'm truly grateful for all the hard work he put in to make sure we had a great time.
