    I recently had a chat with a customer service advisor who really knew her stuff and was super helpful. She sorted out my issue in no time.
    But I have to say, it's really annoying that the only way to get in touch with the company is through their online form or email. Sometimes it takes ages to hear back, especially when you've got urgent stuff to deal with like returning parcels.
    Not being able to speak to someone on the phone is a big downside and can make customers pretty unhappy.
    It would be a lot better all round if there was a quicker and more direct way to communicate with the company.
